There's a certain customer service employee at Townhouse that's one of the best people you'd have the pleasure of meeting, bar none. Ms. Ann was obviously seeking folks on the show floor to assist in any way she could within her jobs capacity. She didn't shy away when she saw indecisive shoppers as most of us consumers have seen all too often when we have loads of questions prior to a big purchase. She approached me as soon as saw that I may have questions. Not more than 8 minutes after having met one of the most intuitive and accommodating customer service personnel at Town House, Ms. Ann, had answered all my questions and all my transactions completed. I wish I can give this furniture store no stars. I am so disappointed in the employees there. When we came in to the store the 3 women were just standing there and chit chatting. No one acknowledged us nor did they greet us until we had to approach them to ask a simple question. Why do the cuatomers have to be the one to look for someone and ask for help or questions. I would not buy appliances here again. After 1 year warranty that's it. They don't even offer any guidance to the elderly people about online extended warranty nothing. I would rather buy at Home depot for appliances. At least they let you know to apply for extended warranty. $800 appliance down the drain. Appliance didn't even last 2 years. I'm so furious. We wasted our money and time going...

Visited the store today. Almost made a purchase until a very rude employee made a comment about my family and I sitting on a couch. She walked past us, rolled her eyes and said “okkkk, looking really comfortable there”. So rude - are we supposed to buy a couch without sitting on it?
