Burger King Hagatna — Restaurant in Hagåtña Municipality

I’m new to the island and am making my way around to get to know restaurants and stuff like that. Now we all know fast food is a tough, low paying job so you don’t want to grip too much. No sense in kicking someone when they are down😔 But, after getting home and having my husband take out the food I was noticing something things were missing and not right, I was thinking of changing my mind. But I read through some reviews and saw the manager of this establishment reached out with an email and phone number. I decided to email instead of slamming them here. They called me within 24 hours and asked me to come by for restitution. So I did after work. I met with Mary, the general manager, and she quickly, efficiently and thoughtfully put in motion cooking all the items from our order fresh. She also personally made sure the items matched from the list into the bags. Mary thanked me for contacting her and was very kind throughout the whole process. Except for the cost of their burgers, I like Burger King in every way. Their fries are better than their competitors (and the ones I like the best). Their veggie burgers are the ones I usually order. The flexibility in preparing their burger sandwiches - they have different types of bread that you can also ask for your sandwich (did you know that?) BK does not advertise a lot their breakfast SPAM platter, but I really believe they should -- they have the best SPAM breakfast platter. Their rice is cooked perfectly all the time. I love love love Burger King -- including its cleanliness and sanitation standards. Took 30 minutes to get in and out of drive thru. There were multiple employees but only 2 actually seemed to be working while the others were just talking in the front. Got to food window and first they forgot my sundae, then after speculating they might’ve forgotten something else, I checked the bag and noticed they completely missed my chicken sandwich.
