The Entrance: A Pizza Portal to Naples (…But in Guam) Picture this: you strut in like an Italian god, but it’s East Hagåtña, Guam—not Naples. Still, boom! You’re greeted by what looks like Dante’s pizza heaven—steam, stone, brick oven, and enough rustic charm to make your Nonna weep tears of pride. The centerpiece? A handcrafted Stefano Ferrara wood‑fired oven imported straight from Naples—brick by brick, curated by pizza-obsessed Italians—and it gleams as the monster of pizza dreams . Hold onto your stretchy pants—this menu is bigger than your appetite after a long day at the beach. American-style “Americano”: Pepperoni, cheese, tomato—America meets Naples in a pizza battle royale. 🍝 Pasta & Sides Truffle Mac & Cheese: Like if your childhood mac-n-cheese got rich and bougie—crumbly artisan bread heat stroke, anyone? . Rigatoni Romana, Spaghetti Bolognese, Pappardelle Marsala—each dish made you feel like you're dining in some trattoria, complete with Sicilian wine swirling in hand. 🔥 The Pizza Game Crisp Milanesque crusts so blistered by wood-fire they could start a bonfire in your mouth. Imported ingredients: 00 flour, San Marzano tomatoes, house-pulled mozzarella—all the parent-level stuff . That moment your truffle mac-n-cheese arrives. It’s so addictive that reviewers admit thinking about it for days, like it’s their soulmate . Beware: pizzas are so spectacular that any pasta you try afterwards might feel like a sad understudy—some patrons note underseasoned dramas . Staff are warm and helpful—some reviewers described them as friendly, knowledgeable, casual all-stars . The Vibe & Side Notes Cool cocktail bar with speakeasy-era tipples—if you order an Old‑Fashioned here, it's basically a love story with whiskey . Cozy meets romantic: rustic wood tables, flickering ambiance, perfect date-night or pizza-fest. Private “Da Vinci” room for 20—ideal for that moment when you realize your pasta tribe is legit in love with carbs . The one and only authentic Italian pizza in Guam… my Italian picky kids said it was very good. The Jolly Wrap‑Up So here’s the final verdict: Crust is Guam’s comedic rom‑com of a restaurant—no genre blends, just laughs, love, and melty cheese. It’s equal parts: Mouth‑watering: wood‑fire genius, authentic ingredients, pasta swirls. Comically dramatic: “OMG, I ordered pasta???” after the pizza show. Homey: staff that treat you like a VIP, rooms for big broccoli nights—or pizza parties. If you want a night out that’s funny, jolly, and pizza-ful, Crust is your slice-of-heaven, with occasional plot twists (like hidden service charges). Go early, go hungry, and let your stretchy pants join the party. Craving humor + cheese? Head to 356 Marine Corps Drive, Hagåtña. Tell 'em the assistant from Guam said "Mangia—and good luck resisting their truffle mac obsession!"

After trying nearly all the pizza places on Guam, this was our first trip to Crust. The ambiance is great, with an upscale industrial feel. For an appetizer we had the Gigante Meatball which is $14 and served with polenta (cornmeal). The flavor was great and the meatball was amazing! I would say this was the best part of the meal. The pizzas we ordered were Capricciosa ($18 and topped with artichokes, kalamata olives, prosciutto cotto, mushrooms) We substituted the prosciutto cotto (basically ham) for pepperoni. One big plus is the fresh ingredients! Even the sauce was fresh and seemed to be made in house. I am not a big fan of tomatoes so I did not care too much for the sauce. The other pizza was the Salsiccia ($18 with sausage, garlic, roasted red pepper, ricotta, and calabrian oil with basil). The pizza is a "white" pizza which means there is no sauce, instead uses oil which was very good. This pizza packs a flavor punch, which was fantastic for the first piece but a little overwhelming after that, I could only eat two pieces. I would recommend going light on the garlic as they are full cloves that are roasted and mushy, like a mashed potato texture. Overall, I was a tad underwhelmed but this is probably be due to the fact that I was expecting pizza, not Napoletana pizza. If you go in with this expectation and a fond appreciation for fresh ingredients, then you won't be disappointed.

Very nice dining experience! Went on a busy Friday night and still sat us immediately after making some space while mitigating covid. Waiter was knowledgeable and awesome! I got the Salsiccia pizza, fried calamari, and the mille foglie. Salsiccia pizza was phenomenal. Toppings were cooked perfectly: bell peppers juicy and whole garlic melting in your mouth. The crust was crunchy on the outside, chewy on the inside (my favorite). Fried calamari was crispy with a good amount of meat inside. Came with 2 different dipping sauces, liked the red one better. The only disappointment was the special 5 year anniversary dessert, mille foglie. It was a puff pastry dessert with some cream and hazelnut but the dessert was drenched in that nutella-type sauce and couldn't really enjoy the cream in the dessert. The puff pastry was pretty soggy as well so why use puff pastry in the first place? Also grapes as a topping?? Something like strawberry would've been way better Anywho, other than the dessert, GREAT PLACE WILL COME AGAIN!

So tonight the wife and I were out searching for pizza again. We stumbled across CRUST.

Now when we drove up it was very busy... heck everytime we drive by its always popping and bustling with customers. Which was an excellent sign. The atmosphere was inviting and just the overall appearance compared to anything on Guam was well Above average...excellent even.

Our orders....me: Truffle Macaroni and cheese and a SALSICCIA pizza ...wife: just the Margherita pizza.

Let me start off with the Mac n cheese...it was absolutely phenominal. The cheese was melty and the stretchy test passed with flying colors. The Truffle oil gave a nice earthy undertone to the flavors. The dish was overall fantastic and I will be coming back again and again... and again just for the Mac n cheese. Like wow who is back there making this.... Delmonico doesn't have anything on this Mac.

But now the pizza...... so I understand its customers responsibility to be there promptly or before the food is ready to go. But after we got home (5mins) and we were just digging in the pizza was basically cold, you could tell it WAS hot but not anymore. I can't even say it was warm sadly. My wife's pizza was very good after we warmed it up. Good flavor... a solid pizza. I'm not sure if my pizza was supposed to have sauce on it but it needed it, it would absolutely slap if it had sauce. By slap I mean it would be amazing if it had sauce, but mine didn't. I'm not sure if it was supposed to but I think it needed a little tomato flavor not gonna lie. The ricotta just overpowers everything. But overall a great resuturant. I'm definitely coming back for the Mac... and maybe some other dishes on your menu. But thankyou for your services...

When my husband and I arrived at 5pm their sign said "CLOSED" even though their hours said 11am-10pm online. So we patiently waited until the sign changed to "OPEN" when we tried to open the door it was still locked even though other customers were already seated and served. This young lady (who we later found out was a hostess) sat us down at a booth took our drink order and left. She returned with my drink and left, not asking if we have decided what we want to eat with nothing just left saying nothing. The bartender came with my husband drink a beer. We waited around 10 minutes before the bartender returned asking if we had order already, we told him we have only ordered drink and he took our food order. Husband ordered a pizza and I ordered the truffle mac and cheese. My order came out surprisingly fast but my husband's pizza was MIA. While we waited 35-40 minutes before my husband pizza arrived my drink was empty and I waited until my husband's pizza arrived to get a refill on my soda. We noticed there was only 3 people working the floor; the hostess, a waiter and the bartender who was also working the bar as well. The manager tried to help out while helping out in the kitchen but to no avail. We ended up just leaving once my husband's pizza arrived. The place is very nice, the food was very good but the services was awful. We will not be returning to this place due to the...
