3/9/2025: Just close already. Friends insisted on coming here for breakfast despite my pleas. Got there before them to order our dishes Out of eggs, lettuce and something else. Was basically all 3 dishes we wanted to order and hard to order anything else. You should’ve seen the compliant, obedient Japanese customers confused on what to order but too polite to leave.
Guam businesses at its finest.
I need to find out who owns this business. They obviously don’t care about food quality, customer service and managing their supply to run an efficient business. Join Chamber and ask for help or take PTAC and SBA classes or something to improve your business.
Review from 10/2024: 1 star 5 years later… and hoping one thing would be better. Nope. Terrible food, terrible service, coffee was $7 for a medium cup and was nothing special and served in plastic cups at a sit down restaurant. Oh There’s a nasty-taste and nasty-looking garlic vinegar sauce that’s supposedly made in house- don’t try it, will ruin your appetite!
Also, the acoustics inside was just terrible and deafening. I couldn’t order clearly with the noise coming from the table in the back corner.
Won’t be going back unless there was a free event. Or maybe not, even if it’s free.
I know my review sounds mean but I wouldn’t be so critical if the customer service was at least decent. I don’t tolerate being served a hint of attitude when I ask questions or when my food is being served.
Mgt needs to train cooks and staff. Period.
Review from 2019: 3 stars The view is amazing but the food is expensive for what it is. I’m always hungry right after. I prefer going to lunch buffet; will cost the same with my PHR membership or my Westin Marriott...
Read moreOnly been here once, so this review will be based on that experience (being specific here because when people find out that I never have been here prior to my visit in August they're like "WHAAAAAAAT?!") I visited this restaurant after 6 years living on this rock. No specific reason, but I guess...either it was never on my list or wrong time, or it was closed. My sister was visiting and we were up early so I suggested this place.
Service: 5 Our server was super friendly. Checked up on us at least four times throughout our meal.
Food: 4 We ordered two things: Beef Tapa with eggs and the Apple French Toast. For the beef tapa it was yummy but I give it a four because the portion should've been bigger :) I'm usually not a fan of beef tapa because in the past at other restaurants, they've either been really salty or overcooked. For the Apple French Toast, I rate it a 5 because for me and my sister, the portion size was perfect, it wasn't overly sweet and it was pretty yummy.
View: 5 Yeah, wait till you see the pic I post. Then you'll know.
I'd most definitely come here again if I have friends or family visiting. I think definitely worth a try once. My sister said this, "If this was L.A., this place would be packed with a view like this." She's right. That morning, the weather was perfect and the food was yummy. Twas a good morning.

Read moreThe food, service and the areas were all great but what really ruined the whole experience was the deception of price. The prices of the two items we ordered were not up to date. Our service never informed us before hand that the prices of some of their items were not up to date. When we asked for a to go container we also weren’t told that it was extra charge to have a container. The surcharge which is not mentioned on their menu is the server tip (10%), it’s up to you if you want to add more on top of that.
If the prices were like .50 or a $1 difference but if you look at the photos I took that day the French toast and the burrito were both $3 more. The restaurant does cover itself by saving on the bottom of the menu that prices are subject to change so i didn’t really complain about the price different but i did bring it up to the server and he was aware of the price difference but never informed us.
Be warned, you’ll have a great experience and the food is great but makes sure to ask the server for the true cost of each menu item you plan to order because most likely what you see is not what you’ll pay.
Hopefully TuRe’ Cafe will update their menu with the new prices and note surcharge amount after this...
