Please, save yourself wait time at the store by creating an appointment via your myAT&T app!
I showed up around 3:05pm for a 3:30pm appointment on a Saturday. I went to the main counter, to check in (let them know I had arrived, so they can assign me the next available representative after 3:30, even if there were other persons already waiting in line).
By now, you should know, retail stores are for sales, not customer service (billing inquiries, adding/changing/removing services, etc). So, have at hand your previously done research about the transaction(s) you want to perform, along with a list of questions you may have about it (price, fees, taxes, dates, return/cancel, etc).
Be open to new information you did not know while researching , misunderstood, or that is only applicable to online transactions. Write stuff down!!! You will sign, accepting Terms & Conditions! You have 14 days to exchange, return, and/or cancel most services/products. However return/cancel policies are clear. If you haven't read them when researching, go back and research a bit more! Your brain and your pocket will be thankful!
Glori was my sales representative, and she was excellent! She was surprised at how much I had already researched before going to the store, and was very nice when clarifying information that was not applicable. Very knowledgeable in general, and easy to talk to.
There is ample parking; around 8 spots in front of the store, more than 10 in the 1st floor of the parking building to the side of the store, and around 10 more on its 2nd floor. The store was clean, with a relaxed and friendly ambiance.

Six customers waiting in line and no acknowledgment whatsoever. When I asked if I could leave the modem; customer service agent said I could go to the Bayamon store.
