Garden Hills Plaza — Local services in Guaynabo

No complaints about the shops here—the mail store, toy store, Freshmart, Starbucks, and others are all great. However, the plaza itself is a mess and desperately needs some attention.

For starters, the streetlight in front hasn’t been powered in over a year, making it a safety concern at night. The parking lot is rough, with cracks, potholes, and poor navigation flow. It would really benefit from painted arrows and clear signage, especially to indicate dead-end areas with no outlet.

If the plaza management put some effort into basic maintenance and traffic flow improvements, this could be a much better shopping center. Until then, it’s a frustrating experience despite the quality...

The parking space is not enough and when we arrived I park on the side to wait for an space and the security guard comes in a rude attitude to take us out, we explain we was waiting for space to park our car and he respond “I am security, not a valet” without a reason to be rude with us.

This small unique shopping plaza it's great. Lots of varity of restaurants to choose from, it has a healthy market (Freshmart), has a bank & a pharmacy. Very convinient. The only down fall is the parking spaces. They are very narrow. Be prepared for traffic. It flows...
