Visited 7/13/24 approximately around 2pm. We were greeted by a blond, not so attentive, assistant. She seemed to have an attitude and did not want to work, even though the store was completely empty. I asked her if she had more of a ring selection and she provided the book instead of offering to show us what they had in store. When we asked if she had size 10 rings she said she didn’t have much available, so we asked to see the tray. She made a face and rolled her eyes, seemed upset we even asked. And then she showed us the tray without even placing it on the counter, as if to protect it. When my aunt asked if she could lay it on the counter , she said it was against policy. At that time I closed the book and told my aunt that we were leaving as it was clear she had no interest in showing us anything. I have never had this experience in plaza las Americas where I buy regularly for family and friends, and these pieces of jewelry are not cheap.    Read moreHace alrededor de 11 meses compre una sortija para mi hija, debido a que yo resido en Estados Unidos le deje el recibo a ella para cualquier garantia dado a que al momento de la compra la vendedora indico que la misma era de por vida. No obstante el recibo con el tiempo perdio la tinta. Identifique la transaccion en mi estado de cuenta y me dirigi a la facilidad con el fin de que se me pudiese dar un duplicado de la misma ya que cuando hice la compra me tomaron toda mi informacion. La sortija en menos de una ano perdio no solo su color, sino que se le desprendio uno de sus bordes. La vendedora que me atendio fue muy entusiasta hasta que le indique la razon de mi visita. IOnmediatamente me indico que no podian duplicar un recibo en adicion me indico que no habia ninguna garantia. Cuando solicite a la gerente la vendedora me indico que no habia nada que la gerente pudiese hacer y cuando pedi el numero de Costumer Service me indicaron que tampoco ellos podrian hacer nada ya que cada tienda era independiente. Cuando solicite nuevamente al gerente, este se opuso y ni siquiera salio de su oficina. Solo me indicaron que tenia que buscar en internet. Definitivamente no se trata del costo de una sortija sino del principio, especialmente sobre un producto de alegadamente una alta calidad. Tanto el producto como la atencion han sido una gran descepcion y sera la ultima vez que tanto yo como ningun miembro de mi familia y cualquier allegado adquieran ningun tipo de produacto Pandora, realmente no es nada relacionado a lo que ofrecen.
