The wait time was a bit long in taking the order. I sat at the bar and saw how only 1 employee, Orlando, assisted several people at the bar without losing focus with us and still being friendly. This is why, regardless of the wait time, I give 5 stars for service.

It was obvious the restaurant was understaffed. Unfortunately, there are a lot of businesses that are going through this nower days and our patience as customers helps the employee to still provide good service while also managing the stress that having low staff involves.

Orlando never stopped working to assist the customers at the bar. At some point, the manager also helped out in the bar.

I was patient, and it worked out well for me. While I waited, I drank a very delicious Margarita with amaretto, and my partner drank a Sangrita (Sangria with Margarita)

The salad was very good, and the main plate I ordered was eggplant with spaguetti. Also very delicious!

....oh! And the bread buns are very delicious too!!!

I really enjoyed the food and drinks to the point that I even forgot to take pictures for this review!

En el dia de hoy visite el Rest. Olive Garden de San Patricio, y decir que fue uno de los peores servicios que he tenido es un "understatement". Voy a poner por numero todo lo que paso y usted juzgue: 1- Nos sentaron bien rapido (lo unico positivo) 2- donde nos sentaron, eran las mesas que son unidas con el booth atras. Esperamos por 10:52 minutos para que algun empleado se acercara y esta fue la hostess que sento alguien al lado, y obvio despies de tanto rato le pregutamos si podia buscar la mesera 3- No aparecio la mesera, asi que paramos la de la mesa de alado y le indicamos q nuestra mesera no ha aparecido, ella nos indica q la va a buscar, y regresa y nis indica que nos cogeria la orden para hacerle el favor a su compañera, ya que ella tenia una mesa de 9 y estaba atrasada. Le.pedimos y se fue, la mesa q sentaron como 8 minutos depues de nosotros ya tenia sus sopas, pan, ensalada y bebidas. Y nosotros nada. Deje que pasaran 8 minutos y me pare y pedi por la gerente. 4- nos traen la sprite y el ice tea otro mesero, y se va y que paso la sprite no tenia soda pero eso le.puede pasar a cualquier.establecimiemto pero el problema no fue ese es que esperamos 5 minutos ante q lo cambiaran y se lo pedimos a la.mesera.de.la otra mesa pq a todas estas nuestra mesera no habia llegado. 5- la gerente viene con la sopa y la ensalada, y le pregunto la mesera todavia no ha aparecido y lo.que me contesta con actitud es " Por eso es que estoy yo aqui" y a los varios segundo aparecio nuestra mesera. Nos trajeron la sopa y la.ensalada pq el pan estaba en el horno. 6- llego la comida y que paso mis raviolis rellenos de zetas estaban tibios mas cerca de frios que caliente y ya en este punto estaba de mal humor y no queria seguir quejandome asi q decidi comermelos asi, luego para pq no me gusta la pasta fria y decidi esperar que la mesera viniera para q lo calentaran 7- comimos y a todo esto la mesera no habia vuelto a pasar y ya los refrescos se acabaron esperamos como 9 minutos para q ella viniera de nuevo a preguntarnos si necesitabamos algo, le pedimos refill ya habiamos terminado de comer se llevo el plato de mi mama, y.  Un muchacho me trajo el refill  y ella como 7 min despues aparecio y venia ya con la cuenta en la mano sin haber ni preguntafo si queriamos postre o cafe. 8- le pido hablar con la.gerente, la gerente llega le explico todo lo que paso, lo malo que habiamos pasado nuestro tiempo alli, que estabamos bien desatisfecho con el servicio. Y su contestacion fue "lo mas que puedo pedirles es disculpas"  esa no es la contestacion que una gerente que sabe q los clientes los atendio x una situacion de error de ello y simplemente decir sorry, habian varias opciones, disculpe que no hayan diafrutado nuesta mision es que los clientes salgan satisfecho con el servicio y la comida, le pido disculpas y vamos a estar trabajando para mejorar el servicio y espero nos puedan dar otra oportunidad o pudo haber dicho "les pido disculpas por todos los inconvenientes que han tenido esta noche, les voy a compensar con... eso pudo haber sido hasta los refresco es el hecho de tratar de alegrarle el mood a los clientes esa es la responsabilidad e un gerente.

Yo por lo menos no voy ni a volver a ese Olive Garden, ni los recomendare.

Yo espero q esta informacion que les escribo hoy llegue a los gerentes generales pq si el servicio es fatal la gente no vuelve. Los malos comentarios van mas alla que los buenos.
