NEW AND FINAL UPDATE!!, August 30th 2024: I had a very VERY positive experience having my property stored at this location from Extraspace storage. If you are having a situation, and need your valuables stored at a safe location, this is the location you need. You can store things as large as boats and cars, and things as small as a few boxes. They are very accomidational AND it's location is easy to get too, while also discrete! They have security gates, cameras, and those cameras are watched constantly! Makes me feel safe to not only be here, but store my valuables. This is your one stop shop for needing a safe place to keep your stuff! Take my personal experience for example! Paul is their store manager and I HIGHLY Recommend working with him! Paul went Above and Beyond Expectations for protection! I had a classic 54 year old car stored here. Valuable and Sentimental. Stored for almost 2 years and I occasionally came to check on the vehicle and keep it in good running condition. When I sold the vehicle I was worried about safety for everyone involved including myself. Paul helped me with the move out process, making it safe and easy. I am having to do alot of things on my own and he was very knowledgeable and supportive! I felt extra safe in his care knowing he had my back! I can't thank Paul enough in the move out process! He made it simple and easy, when I was tired, anxious and worried. I felt safe, and relieved knowing I was in good hands with Paul! Old review: Easy set up! I'm moving from out of town and needed a place to store my property! All I had to do was make a phone call and got everything set up over the phone! Can't wait to move close by and start my new journey!

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Extra Space Storage when I encountered discrepancy with my monthly charge. I cannot emphasize enough how impressed I am with the exceptional service and remarkable support I received from their team.

When I realized there was an error, I expected a tedious and frustrating process to rectify the situation. I have utilized this facility in the past and been very happy. Unfortunately, I recently rented a space online and through their computer error was rented a space in Ft. Walton instead of GB which is what I wanted. I even went to the GB office to confirm my reservation, get my unit number and gate code and verified with the attendant the location of my unit at the GB facility. Today, I received a call from the FWB facility to bring the error to my attention and the FWB crew was very helpful. The staff at the GB facility however was dismissive, rude, said " good luck going to another storage facility " when I expressed my displeasure, and hung up on me. This is a very stressful time right now because the unit was rented to move my elderly parents sentimental items to from their home as they are relocating to extended care. I felt a complete lack of concern for customer service and therefore did choose a different storage company to use. My recommendation to future customers is to be certain which location you are reserving as price quotes are vastly different from one facility to another, and if their system reserves you a unit at the wrong location, it's your fault and "tough luck, not our problem." This was very disappointing and now causes me great inconvenience since my parents live 5 minutes from this facility.
