15 years with Verizon, and THIS is how customer service should be done!
I've been a Verizon customer for over 15 years, and the Gulf Breeze Proper store has absolutely spoiled me with their incredible service. The team here doesn't just help you they genuinely care about making sure you're getting the most out of your plan.
Major shoutout to Jeremy, who is basically a Verizon wizard! I walked in feeling defeated after my third Fitbit bit the dust, ready to reluctantly shell out for a Google Watch. Instead, Jeremy took the time to dive deep into my account and uncovered perks I didn't even know existed! Plot twist: I walked out with YouTube Premium, Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, HBO, and Netflix PLUS a better protection plan all for less than I was paying before. I came in for a watch and left feeling like I'd won the lottery! 😄 If you're in the Gulf Breeze area, do yourself a favor and visit this store. I turned in my old phone for a trade-in credit, but I never received the credit, even though it was noted in their system. Verizon corporate told me that since this location is only an authorized retailer, they couldn’t fix the issue.
To make things worse, I asked for insurance on my new phone — it was noted in their system, but the employee never actually activated it. When my phone was stolen, I found out there was no insurance coverage at all. Now I’m paying full price for a phone I don’t have, and Verizon can’t help because the mistake was made by the retailer.
