One day I while I was taking a break from work I noticed a table of Chacos outside the storefront. Intrigued by these sandals I went inside to see more of the men’s selection. I found a pair that I liked and purchased them. I immediately put them on and the life of my feet changed forever. I couldn't be happier with my experience. The store has an impressive selection of Chacos in various styles and colors, for both men and women so there are plenty of options to choose from.

The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable especially the business owner Kevin. He took the time to help me find the perfect fit and offered useful tips on how to care for my new sandals and even helped me adjust the straps to create the most perfect fit. The atmosphere in the store is relaxed and welcoming, making the shopping experience even more enjoyable. He even price matched the price from Chacos website to help me save money. The sandals are the most comfortable pair of shoes I’ve ever owned. I wear them all day walking on concrete and I go home with no ankle pain. Normally my feet hurt from even the most comfortable pair of enclosed shoes. Chacos are literally the best.

Nice store but employees ruined it. Went in here on a Saturday. No one asked us of they could help us and when we finally tracked them down to help with some shoes they were rude and condescending. The girl didn't know if shoes were on sale or not, and said she would have to call to find out. But she just blew it off. I go in this place every time I am in Pensacola with my family.
