I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone,,, I love Panera Bread, so much to my surprise, this place was a disaster..First as we walk in the waitress ignored us for about five minutes.. she finally turned around with such a scrawl on her face,,, I proceeded to order two cups of coffee, a sausage, spinach, souffle,, and a cinnamon roll,, with such a fast cold tone she ask me a question, three time I ask her to repeat, because I couldn't understand. Finally I determined she was saying small, medium, large. In reference to the coffee...I said medium... I turned around to look at a setting place, when I heard, what sounded like things being slammed down. I turned around to look ,there were two coffee cups, I looked up at my husband, as to say???. I got the cups and went to the coffee pot to start fixing my coffee, as soon as I sat my cup on the table, the waitress brought the food and sat on top of the coffee pot next to where my husband was standing.. he in turn brought it to the table and went back to fix his coffee.... There was only one other customer in there at this time.. not like the place was crowded...as we proceed to eat our breakfast, both we cold they hadn't been heated up.. by this time I'm not sure what is going on, but I refuse to set in a business, that doesn't want my business. So putting a to go lid on my coffee cup. I walked back to the counter and told the little girl that I hoped her day would get better, and that she would have a nice day, and that I hoped she wouldn't treat her other customer, they way she had treated us... I repeated have a nice day and left... That experience has turned me away from...
Read moreWalked in and noticed there was no cashier which I kind of like as I figure I can do the same thing they can but when I go to order, I ordered a souffle and tried to find the kitchen sink cookie (later realized its over $5!!) I saw behind the counter but the only way I could purchase it was listed under a group of four or more. I asked an employee to show me how to purchase one cookie, he couldn't find it and had to do it himself which I thought was pretty silly. He then told me it would take 20 minutes to get a souffle ready which I then realized every single time I order one they never have any but they actually do they're just not ready which is another thing I find extremely silly and frustrating. Even though there was hardly anyone in there and it wasn't very busy it took about 15 minutes to get a bagel and cream cheese and a serious amount of attitude from what appeared to be a manager. After I picked up my bagel and walked away she was mumbling some negative comments that I really wanted to respond to but realized that would be foolish. Came in happy-go-lucky left with frustration and negativity and not wanting to come back, which is frustrating when there's limited options in my hometown. Obviously, my business doesn't matter to...
Read moreWhile ordering, The one young girl at the counter was sort of disengaged and not really rude but disinterested. After waiting for awhile for our order I went to her and asked about it. Her reply was hadn't I taken my pager. I replied I wasn't given one. She told me it was on the counter. I must have "mistakenly" forgot it. Perhaps she could have informed me I needed that thing or handed it to me. Our order had been sitting on the counter along with other orders. When I realized the order was wrong and brought it to one of the cooks attention. She replied, in a matter of fact tone, that they do not make over medium eggs. Only over easy and scrambled. I asked if she could just cook it a little longer because I did not want the white runny. She said no. " it's a timer thing" she offered no solution. All the while a gentleman that appeared by dress to be the manager. Was scolding the staff loudly and harshly. I won't be back. So I gave one star. It showed up...
