Crystal Tower 1209 — Local services in Gulf Shores

We have easily spent over 30K over the years. We love the patio section at the pool. We were told today that there would be no food down there… excuse me? We have eaten there every afternoon for 15 years and pick up after ourselves. The security lady was also bothering guests making sure they did not have food. It was really extreme. Many of the guests vowed they would not be back due to the treatment and the abrupt change of policy. The security last said “those are the rules”. Such a family-friendly environment has turned into an extremely disappointing place of dread and walking on eggshells. Please take care of the guests who support these units.
