So, staff is friendly enough, but the testing and knowledge of games sold is a huge hit or miss. Buyer beware that game cartridges are not opened and tested thoroughly. Therefore, if corrosion is present, surprise, you won't know until you get home and actually open it (by then you're locked into their 90 day warranty that only offers an exchange or store credit). Before recently purchasing a gameboy game, I could clearly see a damaged label (not a big deal), they were kind enough to actually test it to see if it started in a gameboy (because it wasn't tested until I inquired about it), the battery was dry (not a big deal either), but upon arriving at home and opening the game cartridge the level of corrosion around the battery and other components was just disappointing. Not to mention that a piece of plastic that is supposed to help secure the pcb in the case was broken and stuck to a battery terminal. Now, they did knock off about 8 dollars for the damaged sticker, which is nice, but it's extremely disappointing to have to purchase it and get home to find out what else is wrong with it. Things I would really like to know before buying the product. If I were aware of the corrosion and broken plastic in the case, I would either not have proceeded with the purchase, or I would have attempted to purchase the product at a more reasonable rate given the condition. To me, this degree of uncertainty about a product is unacceptable and should further affect the price if they aren't willing to dig deeper than what's on the surface. If I were to do the same on a platform like Ebay, I would get terrible reviews if I didn't explicitly state that it was an as is purchase and could be more damaged than I can tell.
Again, friendly staff. They just DO NOT do their due diligence.
If I could suggest anything to all stores, it would be to utilize a...

This store has brought me one of my most terrible experiences I have ever had to deal with. Keep in mind I live an hour in a half away. Also this entire situation was dealt with by the same employee which I'm pretty sure was also the manager.
I was sold a Wii mote with the most battery corrosion I've ever seen. Then when I tried to return it which almost wasnt possible because he labeled it under a classic controller and made it look like I was trying to pull a fast one on him.
They sold me an off brand nunchuck after knowing I only wanted licensed products.
The games worked luckily but their still not in great condition.
I returned the broken Wii mote, nunchuck, and tried to return the game but they wouldnt take it due to it not being defective. The nunchuck was the same situation in giving me the wrong one but they took that back.
I use whatever credit I have with some cash to get me a Sega Genisis. What happens? They have the wrong cords packed with it so I had to order my own cords from Amazon which came in today. Oh and guess what? The Genisis doesnt work!!! Screw this place and their cocky know nothing employee. I'll eat the cost because Im never eeevvvveeeeerrrr going back to this dump. Yeah prices are good but thats because their inventory isnt tested and...
Don’t normally leave reviews but after my experience with this store I got too
The staff are cool people and they had a copy of pure which was sick but man does this store suck, I bought a ps3 from them and some games then when I got home to try it out I noticed a disc stuck in the disc drive, mind you they tested the ps3 before giving it to me, so no clue how they missed that. So I exchanged the broken one for another ps3, got home and that one also had a broken disc drive. Which is really really annoying so I just wanted my money back but all I could get was store credit, so screw it, I use my store credit for a xbox360. I’m handed a bag with the 360 and a controller with no box which was odd and I should have said something but whatever. I get home to find out the controller they gave me was supposed to come with a charging cable and a dongle that allows the controller to wirelessly connect to the 360 which of course I didn’t get. So now im stuck here with a 360 I can’t use till I finally get time to go ask if they can give me the cord and dongle or I’m gonna have to go buy another controller and with everything that happened so far, I’ll probably find out the damn Xbox don’t...
