Absolutely Delicious 5-star Food when they are not slammed, but now that the place has gotten discovered, it is too busy & over-run, & service is stressed, and the food and the vibe/Zen suffers ...
you can feel There is much anger and frustration in the kitchen because it is soo busy now and it affects the food and the vibe.. it has gotten Loud and chaotic.
I also Really Dislike that they do not allow customers to use their bathroom ... that's really disrespectful to your customers in this country especially if they are willing to wait 1/2 hour for your food ...
& your food is good enough that you should Double your prices and lower the customer volume and then concentrate on making better food again and having happier, friendlier service again...
Take Monday AND Tuesday Off and get good Rest. You work hard, and Late hours to 10:00 PM (which is so Good!) and make the Best Food, you Deserve Happiness and Time off. Your customers care about you and Love your Food and will Respect the time you need to Rest on slow days. Your Food is Good Enough that Your customers will wait, and Appreciate when you are open that much more.
nobody likes to see the stress experience with such high-quality food ... you are Better than the typical Fast-Food Chinese experience ... like you incorporate vegetables and excellent sauces and intricate spices into your dishes where Other Chinese places Do Not ... & therefore you should Charge More for your food, take more time on it, and work less.
Charging more will get rid of the crabby disrespectful customers that take up time, & waste your time, complain, or do not tip you or appreciate your efforts ...
& If that bathroom doesn't work, Tell your Landloards to fix it, or move to a new location and go a little more upscale where If people have to wait 30 minutes at Least they can use a restroom, and you can have some nice fountains and some asian art for them to look at while they are waiting ...
You have the Best Chinese food on the Coast ... do not overwork yourselves, or sell yourselves short.

The egg roll was half a meal in itself, good sized portions. #2 The second time ordered for the whole family, Beef and broccoli, Shrimp lo Mein, Spicy chicken, 3 egg rolls, a order of steamed dumplings and crab ragoons. Good taste to the beef and broccoli but not very much there, mostly fried rice in the container, same with the shrimp lo mein which only had a few shrimp. The spicy chicken had good flavor and was a decent portion but no spice to it! Wonderful crab ragoons! Wonderful egg rolls! The dough on the steamed dumplings was very sticky and fell apart easy but tasted good. #3 Again a family meal, ordered Chicken lo mein, Curry chicken, Cashew chicken, crab ragoons, egg rolls and spring rolls. No complaints this time! Chicken lo mein was nicely smoky tasting, curry chicken had the perfect type of bite and good flavor, cashew chicken was amazing! cooked perfectly and nicely nutty, the veggies were tender but not overcooked. Read moreI used to frequent this place and had been treated ok. However there was a customer who appeared to have perhaps a disability and an African American woman. They couldn’t understand her so one woman started screaming at her trying to understand her order. Then there was a child who apparently works they…the lady spoke to a child at the register and was instructing the child to try to help the woman. Then I nicely say to the woman being screamed at if she needed help I would help her with order. I put my order in and had a question one of the woman at raised her voice at me. That’s when I told her speech was inappropriate that you don’t disrespect customers and that I could no longer be a patron. I walked out.
