Stopped by to get a loaded tea today and there was absolutely no one in the shop. I thought this was great. It would give us plenty of time to make our decision. Unfortunately, the three young ladies working there were not a lot of help. They were seemingly more interested in carrying on personal conversations and playing on their cell phones rather than assisting us. We decided on our teas paid, waited patiently for our loaded teas to come out in the meantime, a gentleman walked in behind us, yelled his order over me, and walked back out. The girls making the drinks made his and stated that it was for me when I looked at the side of it after taking a sip, she rudely looked at me and told me I had picked up the wrong drink because she had made the gentleman behind us order for him prior to him even paying for it. This isn't the first time we've had horrible service there on a weekend when nothing but highschoolers are working. It would really do the business a lot of good to have a manager over 30 on staff during the weekends. I just found it completely rude that not only did they refuse to assist us, but they served someone that came in after us prior to him even paying. Staff is not friendly at all. I walked in they didn’t even acknowledge me. She finally says “Do you know what you are gonna get?” So being the person that I am I spoke to them even though I’m the one spending the money. Her response was “oh I’m fine” At this point I am just about to walk out the only reason I stayed is because I was out of options for this area and it’s what I do for lunch a shake and a tea. I usually get a shake and about 5-7 dry teas because I don’t do energy drinks but I wouldn’t dare give them that kind of business. Then the shake was the worst I have had it was so basic. The good thing for me is the area I run has a great one where they actually speak to you when you walk in, make better shakes and actually treats all of their customers the same. I have been looking for a meal replacement and THIS IS IT. Very convenient right off Hwy 49. Their shake selection is so extensive with all kinds of flavors. I would expect to pay the same price if I drove through any of the nearby restaurants. It was delicious. I got Cake Batter flavor today. Also got the Pretty In Pink loaded tea. Also great. Servings are huge and I didn’t feel hungry again for several hours. I’m really looking forward to achieving my weight loss goal...
