Walgreens — Local services in Gulfport

It never fails…. When I go in this store… they all need to be fired… they have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE…. And please check the PHARMACY AS WELL… But this is what has happened today.. This happened at the front not at the pharmacy…. Anyhow I bought something that I had to take back… the cashier told me that I had to have my ID anything over a certain price! I told the cashier I would have to come back… but on my receipt she had already put return and circled it… not thinking when I went back the next day with that same receipt along with my product! The new cashier saw the receipt and ask the other lady for permission and the other told her to not refund my money because it was possibly stolen… I asked those country pumpkins why would I walk in here with license, products and a receipt if I stole it!!!! They went through 3 people and then having to call the store manager….in order to get a “okay” but the point of the matter is that they thought I stole it…!!!! And I...

This was worst time ever getting or trying to get a pres. filled. i just had a tooth extracted and needed pain meds filled . The phamacist said he was going to lunch and to come back later. It was 10 min. before the posted lunch time. i questioned the time and he got VERY RUDE. and told me to go somewhere else. I went to Walmart and got treated like a person should be treated. Big name walgreens with piss poor very unrespectful people working there. The Walmart price was almost 1/2 what Walgreens wanted. My wait tie at Walmart was a few min. when i told how much pain i was in. I did go to the across the street Walgreens because it was right there and got the same RUDE disrespect as the other. Go to anyother phamacy and you will be so happy you did. I am 100% disabled VET. and told them and the pharmacy person "so?" Ashammed...

The entire staff, and head pharmacist, ALWAYS provide top-notch service. After years of using other pharmacies, I decided to switch to this store because of the consistent professionalism, promptness, courtesy and genuine helpfulness this entire staff provides. Unlike some other pharmacies I’ve been to, these hard workers never treat you like an inconvenience and go above and beyond to take time to explain things and provide genuine care and assistance despite how busy they are.
