If I could give NEGATIVE stars, I would. This location is really good at waiting until you've sat in line for forever before letting you know AT THE WINDOW that they don't have the food you ordered ahead on the app. Most of the time, this is an annoying inconvenience, but not a super big deal. However, today when I went through drive thru to pick up my two 7 layer fries, I waited for a good 10 minutes or more to be told that I would have to have the burritos instead because apparently they didn't have containers to put the fries in and I guess there wasn't a single other container in the store they could have used. Not only was I not able to get the food I actually wanted, but the manager REFUSED to refund me my money stating that she couldn't because I ordered online, I would have to call the 1800 number. I know this is a lie, because as previously stated, this has happened before, and after STILL waiting on a refund from the 1800 number that was supposed to be given in MARCH, I refuse to use that route. When I explained this, she continued to refuse, stating that was my only option. So, Iwent inside to call the 1800 number... to be told they were closed and to call back during business hours. At this point, I was told there was nothing more that could be done. Even if it were true and there truly WAS no way for her to have refunded my food, there was ZERO reason to have been treated and spoken to the way I was. I'm sorry that the "manager" was having a bad day and is most likely overworked and under paid, and it did look like they were short handed, but there's still no excuse to be so rude and unhelpful. She didn't even attempt to give any solution other than to call a number that's currently closed. To make matters worse, I get the stupid burritos that I didn't ever want to begin with only to get home and find they weren't even...
Read more0 stars if it was possible. Tonight me and my husband ordered food at 12:02 via online. We pull through the drive through and the lady tells us they don’t have any beef it would be 15 to 20 minutes before they had some. We said that’s totally fine we’ll wait. Keep in mind we already paid via online. She tells us to go to the parking lot and they will bring it out to us. Again that’s fine so we do so. 15 minutes goes by we don’t hear anything 20 minutes goes by still nothing. My husband calls and no answer. 30 minutes nothing. So he goes up to the door and knocks and no one acknowledges him. So he waits and keeps knocking and nothing. He came back to the car and its almost one in the morning. Goes through the drive through and on the ordering machine it says they are closed. We are in utter shock and drive to the window. The lady looks dead at us and is smiling but not coming to the window as my husband is talking asking her where his food is and he’s been waiting for an hour and after 5 minutes she decided to come to the window….starts being disrespectful and acting like she didn’t know we were waiting in the parking lot like SHE TOLD US T0. An hour and still no food! Then when we did get it the coffee didn’t even have sugar in it and the food was cold……this is completely unexpected and if this is how y’all treat y’all’s customers then y’all need new employees… I love Taco Bell but this is absolutely ridiculous…….I’m not the one to complain either but this needed to...
Read moreDo not waste your time here. The customer in front of me and myself both waited 20 minutes for our food. The manager Ricky is extremely rude and does more to distract the workers than help. He never took my name when I ordered and when my food was finally ready, the young lady who made it had no idea who to give it to and he screamed out across the store that she needed to figure it out herself. He completely ignored me when I asked repeatedly if it was mine. The unprofessionism of this individual was mind boggling the entire time I was there. To top it all off, I observed Ricky using the restroom WITHOUT washing his HANDS!!!! The owner obviously spent a lot of money with the recent renovation, which I appreciate, but it is lost on the imbecile who runs it. There are way too many places to eat on 49 to have to ever go here again. I am a big fan of Taco Bell, but I I refuse to spend money here again. From someone who has worked every facet of the restaurant business for many years, the disorganization was painful to see because the girls working the line were obviously working really hard but were being held back and confused by very poor management. I really hope this review gets back to whomever owns this location. I hate to see a local...
