Went to check a price on a lawn chair and came out wanting a fancy new couch! Neal was just the best. He is genuinely friendly, he knows all about his company and the furniture in his store. We asked about Adirondack chairs out front. They were great but more than we wanted to spend. Neal pointed out a few of the Memorial Day sales he was running. And that’s when we saw the best couch ever! He knew everything about the features and workmanship of it. It was a zero pressure sale, just us all sitting on the love seat and talking about it. He printed us out all the info and we went home to think and measure. We returned a day later and bought the full couch and set up delivery. Delivery was fast and the delivery guys were great!
