Unacceptable Customer Service
I’m incredibly disappointed with my recent experience at WILSON JEWLRY I brought in my wedding ring and encountered not only poor communication but also completely unprofessional behavior from the staff.
I was given multiple timelines for when the piece would be ready—first 4-5 weeks. I call at 4 to ask if it was ready understanding this would be early on the timeline I understood when they said it’ll be another week. I show up yesterday a day shy of 5 weeks and ask if it’s ready and I’m rudely told it’ll be another week and I said on the work order it would take 5 weeks. I question why it’s taking a week longer than expected to see if bigger repairs need to be done to my ring . In shock of his tone I leave the store and check my calendar to realize it in fact has been 5 weeks , I let it go and tell myself I’ll wait one more week. The very next day I get a call to say it’s done! This kind of inconsistency shows a complete lack of organization and respect for the customer’s time and makes me question the quality of work.
Worse, when I questioned the quality of the work, and ask for it to be cleaned as it’s covered in polisher from the repair the staff became defensive and rude. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told he would “treat me the same as the employee.” That response is completely unacceptable and shows zero regard for customer service or accountability.
As a paying customer, I have every right to ask questions and expect clarity, respect, and professionalism. Unfortunately, WILSON JEWELRY failed on all fronts. I will not be returning—and I strongly encourage others to think twice before trusting them with...

Wilson's Jewelry added gold to both bands, replaced a missing diamond, repaired the prongs, sized, and cleaned it. The ring now looks brand new. I was so impressed with the workmanship that I went back and ordered a replica of the wedding band through a catalog. When the band came in, it was not identical to my band. He immediately saw the disappointment on my face. He told me that he wanted me to be 100% happy with it and he would alter it. He contacted me the next day and he had already fixed it. Read moreI have never been so upset at a jewler as I was today...I took in 6 pieces to be repaired the first week of Sept 2024..I call frequently to see if they were ready..it's now June 10th and I went in to see what the problem was..I was told that he put my pieces to the side because it was a bigger order and did the small orders first..I told him that that was absolutely ridiculous and do you know what he told me he said he wasn't the only repair place In texas..he was not polite at all.he want see...
