Truly a hidden gem! For the most part it is all flash frozen and individually vacuum packed by the owner. He is very continence about his products and what he does. The store is clean and well organized. We bought several items from him to include frozen fillets, Hamburger Patties (Elk, Boar, Wagyu combination) that were really good and a very hard to find meatball mix (Beef, Veal & Pork). While most people will balk at Flash Frozen products, if you look at any of the local ads for fish it will usually say "Previously Frozen and Thawed for your convenience". Clerk was knowledgeable. Offered/recommended substitutions when there were items sold out. Educated me about certain meats. He answered all of my questions. The one and only reason I didn't rate a 5 star is because they only accept cash. This is my 2nd visit here. The 1st time, I couldn't make a purchase because I only had debit and credit cards. This time I realized I had cash and since i was in the area, I was eager to make a purchase so I bought a beef patty made up of ground chuck, brisket and short ribs; debunked bluegill (don't ask me how they did it) and a pack of clams)).
