Bought a $3200 mower online. The delivery guy called me the following day and said he would be to my house in about 2 hours to deliver the mower.

He never showed up. I ended up calling the store about 6 hours later. They told me they didn’t have the mower and that they tried calling me to let me know. I had no missed calls or voicemails. I was then told I would get a call from the district delivery manager the next morning.

By 5 pm the next day still no phone calls. I called the store back and they said it looks like it’s out for delivery now. After asking about 5 times to confirm, they finally said let me check into it and call you back. I said if I don’t get it delivered today I would like a full refund. We hung up and about 10 min later they called me and said they don’t have the mower and will give me a refund.

I’m disappointed that I had to be the one to reach out multiple times and that they sold a mower that said was in stock but in the end didn’t have it. Thankfully I got a refund without...

I was buying a new chicken house, I got the barcode for the one I wanted, checked out, went to get loaded up, and turned out, they don't carry the ones I was just sold. So I had to return the first to buy another and finally got loaded up and headed home. Then, my friend and I had both bought some chicks, of various kinds. Today I went to that store and when I was going to pay I put the cart where there were some candy, my one year old son grabbed one and threw it on the ground and I put it back and the cashier, a woman with glasses, had a very bad face, told me to give it to him because the child had broken it and when I left the store, I looked at her where she grabbed the candy and they were staring at it and making horrible faces, maybe because I am Hispanic she did that.
