I ordered a power aid slush, and they brought my a power aid soda with little flavor in it. I pushed the button for assistance and exp that it had Montclair and that it was supposed to be a slush. I was met with the irritation by the girl operating the intercom system, and was told that" I got what i had ordered " i explained the error again and was met with the same irritation of the same girl again, so i asked to speak to the manager. Then i was advised that she would make my drink again herself, i asked to speak to the manager again, and the intercom went off. 15 min went by with several attempts to contact said girl again were simply met with the intercom coming on and going off with no-one answering our call. I was trying to get ahold of the manager to cancel my order because I didn't feel comfortable with this person making my drink, for obvious reasons. Well she brought it out and i asked if i could please speak to the manager and it was the same girl that had taken the order in the first place, she stated that she was the manager. She was not wearing a name tag so I asked her name and she didnt answer and just pushed the drink into the drivers hand and turned and walked away Well too add insult to injury I opened the lid and guess what it was the same drink, not the slush I had now ordered twice and didn't even have any flavoring it was simply ice and water. I was not able to get the services that are promised by Sonic at this establishment. I was not even heard about a refund, and i had to throw the drink away because i did not trust that she did not put something that might have made me 😷 sick into the beverage. So unfortunately I will not be going back to a sonic restaurant. I have contacted the restaurant that this happened at and jave not been contacted back by any manager that i have asked to contact me back on this issue. Read moreThis Sonic... I don't even know where to begin! It's always been hit or miss (mostly miss), but it's on my way to work so I stop there for breakfast (can't stand their burgers at all so breakfast is why I stop there). This morning was the most ridiculous experience I've ever had there (and I've had plenty). Stopped by and ordered a croissant not toasted (they STILL don't know how to lightly toast anything and there's a new cook so it's even worse) with a non-seasoned egg (they put too much salt and pepper on it for my taste), french toast sticks and a mango sweet tea. Get all the way to work (fifteen minutes away) and when I settle down to eat, I see that my order is actually someone else's call-in order. Long story, short went back and forth to get the correct order and when I got back to work, the croissant sandwich was burned! I was like *$&S%$! I don't know what goes on at this Sonic, but they seriously need to train the cook(s)! I recommend the Sonic on S. Read moreVery disappointed in this Sonic tonight. The person thanking the order was very hard to hear. Eventhough I kept saying, excuse me? Not once did she speak up. I ordered french fries with the #11. We received TT. I also ordered an extra gravy. We didn't get it. The medium onion rings were saturated with brown oil. So saturated that they were not round. So much so that it was pooled in the bottom of the bag. I will share a picture. The Jr burger that I ordered had to me modified because apparently you can not just order a Jr. Burger any longer. I asked for mustard. I expected it to be on the inside if the bun. And they charge you for a Jr Deluxe. I will share a picture. When I brought the missing and wrong item to the attention of the employee. It took 10 minutes to get 1 order of french fries and 1 gravy. It took 40 minutes for us to place and get all that we ordered. Shame on...
