Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Guthrie

Three stars because its been better. But since I cannot talk to a manger today, I will leave my comments here. I called in just before 1 to order. I was not given a delivery time estimation. I waited an hour then called back to see if it was on its way. It wasn't. I asked the girl when it was made and she didn't know but told me if I receive it and it's old then I can call back and get a new one or get a credit. So I waited another 15 minutes, but I was irritated by the answers I got so I called back to just cancel and the lady said someone is on their way with it. I told her that I don't want an old hard sandwich, she asked me to hold and I was immediately sent to the customer service line. A guy picked up, I started explaining to him the problem and he hung up on me! Then the delivery driver got there and I asked her to call her manager which she did. The manager did not want to speak to me. They decided to just give me the sandwich. All I wanted was to tell the manager, please have your employees explain to customers the approximate wait times to avoid this. If I had known from the git that it was going to take almost and hour and a half, I would have walked around the corner abd got papa johns or chicken fresh instead.

The pizza tasted the same as any other Pizza Hut. My problem was with the servers. If you're going to be a restaurant server then you should be able to answer questions about the food. There was a big banner in front of the restaurant advertising the grilled cheese stuffed crust, but when my wife and I ordered it our server said it was no longer available. I asked why it was still being advertised then. She asked all the other servers and no one knew. Finally they asked the cook and he said that yes they had it. Also she didn't know you could get the salad bar with your pizza. Apparently she thought it was only available if the salad was the only thing you were getting. When I was a server at Cracker Barrel they drilled it into our heads that we should know our restaurant backwards and forwards since they did pay us to be there and the customers paid to come there. During this visit my wife and I didn't get awful service, but our server didn't go out of her way to make it good. She seemed right on the line between "how may I help you?" and "what do you want?". Basically my wife and I love pizza but we won't be making another trip back...

We stopped in this location for lunch passing through town It was about 1:30 Upon entering the establishment there was not a soul to greet us or direct us where to order from. Finally a guy pops out and basically patronizes us for not seeing the sign on the door stating they weren’t taking dine in until 4pm due to short staffing. Which is fine I get being short staffed, I have worked in the food industry, it can be hard. So we decide to place an order to go. He brings our wings finally, says he dropped one and offers an extra ranch. How about another wing? They are 21 bucks for 12 wings, basically gold. Apparently he couldn’t do that. Then I ask the guy for some garlic dipping sauce and he looks at me like I just asked the dumbest question on the planet, he gives me BUTTER, that they put on breadsticks. We ordered Buffalo and garlic parm wings. They tasted 2 days old, no sauce on the Buffalo and garlic parm tasted rotten. Wasn’t even worth going back in to complain, the guy probably wouldn’t have understood the words coming out of my mouth. This location...
