We went through the drive through of this starbucks and i have to say this is some of the worst customer service i have ever experienced. We ordered two teas and a cake pop, and it took them over 30 minutes to get our order, there where several cars in the line behind and infront of us that left because they where so fed up. By the time we got to the window my mother and I asked nonchalantly "hey.. yall okay?" And the girl at the window didnt even know what we where talking about and didnt really even acknowledging us talking to her. There where three or four other people behind her who could have been working on peoples orders and instead they where standing around talking. The girl at window left presumably to go get our order and still the other people behind her working still stood and did not do anything even thought there where customers i could see at the counter trying to get their attention. But they hardly cared to notice. The girl came back with our order and we paid and left, well i hate to say it but it was absolutely not worth the wait. I had a cahi tea latte that just tasted like water and milk. My mothers drink tasted so bad to the both of us we didnt touch it the rest of our time in the car and through it out at a gas station. The one good side to this is the cake pop tasted wonderfull, but im afraid that does not make up for the 40 minutes and seemingly ignorant additudes of the staff. I never leave reveiws on places ive been too but i personally will never go back to this starbucks. I know in the long run one or two customers not coming back does not matter but i still wanted to share...
Read moreI went through the drive-thru today, and there was a truck in front of me. When I pulled around, the truck wasn't there, but a black van was and had cut in front of me to pull to the window. I yelled to the driver that she was being rude. She yells back that she WORKED at this location. I told her that it didn't matter, and it was rude to cut off a paying customer. She said she was sorry but stayed where she was until she was handed what she left. Instead of going back inside to get what she left, she chose to cut in front of a paying customer and used the excuse that she worked there like that made it okay. Please speak with your employees about how rude it is to do this and to not do it...

When someone asks for extra extra extra caramel that does not mean just put it on the top and a tiny bit on the sides. If I’m paying almost $10 for one coffee I expect it to be right. And this girl does that. This right here is how it should be. Erika is so sweet and will go out of her way to make your day and order the way you want it. Instead of just throwing it together and handing it out a window. She is my go to Starbucks girl!
