I wish there was an options for a -star! I was SHOCKED at the lack of customer service and quality. I was to have a line and the unit installed same day. as I was told with permits being taken out by Lori all in time to have this work done. Guess what, line was not placed same day causing me to have to leave work, and further more NO permits were pulled unitl after 3 weeks after install for anything! I had to come home again to have propane tank sent to my home, I had water dripping from my unit all over my electrical cables which they stated was due to heavy winds....well fireworks dont you think you should educate homeowners on ALL the possible details and/or possabilities of the unit??? Esp when you install and see electrical wires under the heater? Oh I also did not mention how Lori LIED to me and stated the permit she pulled was on oct 10th when I had a copy of her permit signed on Nov 2nd, 3 weeks after the unit was placed!!!!! Was also supposed to have a thermostat on the wall they never installed and then wanted me to be available for a whole day as they could not give me a time frame due to their busy schedule....How many days do they think a fulltime employee can miss work for their repeated errors??? Overpriced my unit and also no discount given for inconvenience, poor management and lost time at work, I wouldn't EVER recommend this company to anyone! Read moreI called them because the buttons that control how hot I want it have become worn out. The lady said that the motherboard would have to be replaced. When the technician came here I took a look at my pellet stove and noticed that the panel with the buttons were not replaced and he said what I need is a daughter board and that they have replaced the wrong item. I called the company and the lady said that they made a mistake and apologized. She then assured me that they would install the daughter board at no cost to me. The day of my appointment she calls me that I am now responsible for the cost of the daughter board. I reminded her of what she said it would be replaced at no cost to me. She says that when you change the motherboard you must also change the daughter board, but in the beginning when she ordered me a motherboard she never bought up having to also buy the daughter board. Frankly the only issue was that the buttons were worn out, and i made that clear to her. So not only did i pay for thier mistake but now they made me pay to correct thier mistake. I needed to speak with one of the guys who serviced my pellet stove because it was still not working and since they were out on a service call could I please have one of their cell phone numbers. I had called the day before and left my information with her but noone had called me back. She said she would NEVER give out such personal information, acting like I was asking for their social security numbers. She said they would call me when they returned. I asked if she could get in touch with them and have them call me while they were out and at this point I was getting frustrated to such blatent unwillingness to go the extra mile for a customer in need.
