It's the worst - the absolute worst. I don't give one-star reviews - in fact, I rarely review places unless it's in praise of them - but the owners need to wake up.

There aren't a lot of cheap places for a quick bite near where I work, so I have been here about 20 times, and it just gets worse. If I have to walk an employee through how to make a sandwich that's on their menu one more time, I'm going to lose it. There are frequently ingredients of terrible quality or missing altogether, and the staff seems to be perpetually on their first day of the job, even if they've been there for months.

I don't really blame the workers - they're mainly teenagers or early 20s at most, and seem to have no training or leadership. For the most part, too, they're friendly and apologetic about their, well, incompetence. But I just don't want to spend 20 minutes on my lunch break to get a bad...

After a very long car ride with three kids, we stopped here to grab dinner and go to the bathroom before dropping the kids off at a local camp. The girl working was incredibly rude. We first asked to use the rest room and she was like "you going to order sandwiches?". Uh, duh. They were out of most of the veggies the kids wanted on their sandwiches. Also the bathroom was not clean and all the floors were covered in puddles of water. It smelt like mold and it just wasn't appetizing. The kids got food but the adults passed on it.

this place needs to be remodeled or shut down. And find employees that actually smile and look at you when they are being talked to.

4 of us stopped here for subs around 3 p.m. only to find out that they did not have out mayo, provolone cheese, pickles and banana peppers. One of the 2 young men said that the early crew did not prep. I do not know the circumstances with the supervisor, who was on a computer in the corner, but it seems to me that she or one of the boys could or should have been prepping the 4 ingredients that were missing out front. I was not happy with the sub I ordered as I would have liked 3 out of the 4 ingredients that had not been prepped.
