My wife went in to get 5 balloons filled at about 5:30pm. The girl working the front was rude, and dismissive making her feel like she was an inconvenience and making them work late even though the store would be open until 6pm. Trying to pressure her into sending someone back to do it later. And just generally not wanting to do her job. I could understand if it was a large order but 5 average mylar balloons do not take long to fill. She was paid and done well before 6pm.

The gentleman who filled the balloons was wonderful and completely helpful though. He was polite. Advised not to use latex balloons overnight, and apologized for how the girl at the register was behaving. He's the reason I'm not giving one star. If I could give him a separate 5 I would.

With customer service like she received when entering the store, we won't be going back again. I've worked a lot of retail and customer service, it's one thing if someone is asking for a service that takes significantly more time than the store has left open this was not one of...

Wow! I just called this store for balloon pricing and whoever answered the phone was the most rudest person I’ve ever spoken to. I asked if we brought in our own balloons can they blow them up? She said yes for a charge. I asked how much and she said she couldn’t give pricing without seeing the balloon. I asked for a range she said I can’t tell you without seeing the balloons. I asked for the price of a 12 inch standard latex balloon she said I still can’t tell you and hung up on me. I called back and asked for a supervisor, this person said they were the only one in the store so I asked for their name and she said how can I help you? I asked for her name again and she repeated herself. She refused to give me her name. She went on to screaming at me and hung up on me again. After seeing all the comments it’s clear no one cares bc this lady still works here. Well you just lost another costumer. Not sure how someone can be that nasty and at 9:20am! The store opened at 9! If I could give zero I would. The most disgusting place. Shady business, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE your better off going to the dollar store where the balloons last longer than a few hours. I called them regarding this issue and every person I spoke too was extremely rude and unprofessional and hung up in my face. All had smart mouthes and yelled at me over the phone. So if you enjoy being screamed at because you had an issue with their product, and good money was spent, have fun at this establishment.The order for the balloons was placed over the phone and no one had mentioned how long these balloons were supposed to last or they would not have been purchased. Considering these type of balloons have been purchased in the past from other companies and have lasted much longer than a mere few hours.
