Unfortunately I had a very bad experience here and with Quest as a whole after my initial appointment. There was no wait which was nice but the woman that took my blood had to try four different times in different arms and areas, one time taking the needle out causing blood to spurt out of my arm and onto my pants, the chair and some paperwork. I was required to give a card on file but after doing this remembered I would prefer to pay with my HSA card. I asked if I would be able to pay with a different card and was reassured twice that I would be sent a bill and could pay with any card I like. Two weeks later I was billed on the given card. It has taken me five calls and almost an hour and a half total on hold to have them refund it, but I will not get the money back for four to six weeks and had to pay again immediately to have the refund processed. I completed a survey that was sent to me explaining my bad experience with no response. I would never recommend anyone to use Quest and I will never use them for any lab needs again after the frustration, time, and money that this lack of care and customer...
   Read moreI had an appointment on Monday and upon arriving I checked in on my phone and waited in my car as instructed. After 20 minutes I get a call that their system was down and to go somewhere else. I was on my lunch break so just scheduled for the next day. Today I get there and again check in on my phone. I wait for 30 mins without hearing anything and decide to go inside. There was no one waiting and a lady popped her head out of a room and asked if I had my papers. I told her that I had them on my phone and she said well our systems down and just walked away. I waited for her to come back out and asked if she had an idea on when to come back since this had now happened two days in a row. She very rudely said “The systems down, go somewhere else” I understand they have no control over the system being down but they could have notified me before coming since it’s clearly been down for 2 days. On top of the inconvenience, the woman was just plain rude for no reason. I will go out of my way to go to a difference office...

She was kind, professional and very helpful to this new Medicare (Yea!) recipient. She: Was the only person in the lab and I watched her handle it with grace. She didn't hurt me. She was able to explain some medicare information so I could understand it. She didn't hurt me. She did not rush me, or anyone else. She didn't hurt me. On a very hot noontime I saw her work with five people and each one appeared to be the only one. She didn't hurt me. She stayed friendly with all and did not seem fazed. I would have been nuts.
