I’m truly not sure how how anyone could ever say one negative thing about my new favorite place for coffee and açaí bowls l. The service restored my faith in customer service. Everyone who works there uniformly goes above and beyond with my questions. I’m a cancer survivor who cannot eat certain things and they are exquisitely helpful and take my dietary concerns with the utmost seriousness! I frequent there often, took my adult kids there who also loved the place. I have never had any issue parking I would eat one of their bowls everyday if I could skip out of work haha. Read moreI can't believe I am just now learning about this place. It seems all the mom and pop coffee shops, as lovely as they are, have terrible hours, never open outside of my work day. Berri Caffeinated, however, serves delicious coffee all the way up til 5 p.m., and the staff is so kind and accommodating. I will say, the prices for food were a bit high, imo. My husband and son each ordered an acai bowl, my son also got a bottled apple juice, and I got a smoothie. It was over $40. I didn't see prices, so I am assuming the bowls are $15? The smoothies are fairly basic. Fresh and delicious, but definitely something I could make at home, so I wouldn't order again. Instead, this will be my afternoon...
Read moreI love supporting new places and non chain places, but literally every time I’ve come there has been a problem! Twice with the register and another she poured half my iced coffee with half and half and I had to ask her to redo it. I am unsure if the staff is thoroughly trained on how to be baristas, and also in customer service. I’ve had to even ask for straws and spoons for my bowl as and coffee. Every. Single. Time.
I get young kids need jobs, but they need to be trained and when things go wrong and Im left standing there for ten minutes maybe say “sorry for the inconvenience”, or better yet give the customer something to show...
