I was disappointed with how I was treated during my recent visit. I went in to ask a simple question about whether an Easter item was on sale, as I had seen it marked down online. The employees were engaged in a personal conversation, and when I politely asked, one of them walked away without acknowledging me. When it didn’t ring in properly the other employee went to get the manager who said “oh it’s right on the sign that it excludes towels” but it wasn’t ….
