Christopher & Co. — Local services in Hailey

I'm not sure why my previous review was deleted. But I would not trust any of the 5 star ratings for this company.

I’m deeply disappointed with Christopher and Co. and their handling of my wedding band, part of their Boulder Mountain collection. Last July, I agreed to their repeated suggestion to add stones to my band. After waiting three months and following up multiple times, I finally got the ring back in October, only to find three poorly matched blue stones—one so dark it looked empty and another awkwardly placed, ruining the design. When I asked about the choice of stones, Christopher claimed they represented my child’s birthstone—I don’t have a child.

Within days, one of the stones fell out. I returned the ring immediately, only to be told there wasn’t a missing stone. Yet they quietly replaced it with a diamond chip, hoping I wouldn’t notice. Despite Christopher’s promise to fix the remaining issues, they continually assured me the work was a priority but never followed through. By January, I discovered no work had been done since October.

Their lack of honesty, professionalism, and care for sentimental pieces has been heartbreaking. What was once my favorite ring is now unwearable. I no longer trust this company and cannot...
