I take this time to shout out Norrab at Express Factory Outlet in Hagerstown Premium Out. Why you ask does this dynamic customer service representative deserve a shout for doing his job beyond and above his pay rate.
Allow me to start by mentioning "he knows the company clothes, he knows the layout of where the clothes are located within the store, he listens to need of the customer and execute them making the customer feel welcoming while adding the joy back to the shopping experience!
