I take this time to shout out Norrab at Express Factory Outlet in Hagerstown Premium Out. Why you ask does this dynamic customer service representative deserve a shout for doing his job beyond and above his pay rate.

Allow me to start by mentioning "he knows the company clothes, he knows the layout of where the clothes are located within the store, he listens to need of the customer and execute them making the customer feel welcoming while adding the joy back to the shopping experience!

Keep up the excellent work Norrab. I apologize for not adding the accent over the "a" in your name. Using my new Chromebook for the first time is fun and frustrating getting to know its functions. I followed the instructions but it didn't work for me another time (moving on).

This is my most favorite clothing store!!! I find nothing compares. Usually order online. However needed a dress for next day so I went to the outlet. I felt rushed out cause they were closing. Not much help from employees there this time. However I have had better help before. I found the clothes were not hung back up very neatly this time. Hangers all stuck together. Numerous empty stores, sorta feels like a ghost town. Most of the big brands have left but there are a few left. There are also some small local businesses here which I like to try and support such as the Overwatch. All the vacancies are a shame, the lease prices are as if the place is full of stores with lots of shoppers, which sadly is not the case.
