Does not allow exchanges unless something is wrong. Item was too small for space. Only wanted store credit or exchange for something larger. Just lost me as a customer. As you can see from owners response, not very customer friendly. The gentleman, who was a very nice person, who waited on me that day, which I purchased 2 items from 2 different vendors, totalling over $75, simply asked me if I needed my receipt, like so many other retailers ask, mainly to save paper. Nothing wrong with that. The item i was returning was a one of a kind, and still had the store tag on it. Very beautiful piece. I wish your business well and hope that one day you rethink your unfriendly refund policy and attitude about anyone with an issue. In my days of customer service, we went above and beyond to keep customers happy and coming back. I am not a person who takes advantage of small town merchants for profit. We met Ashley and Justin just as my business was also starting, it’s been about 5/6 years now? I’m unsure. However, they have been nothing but a fantastic addition to our lives and quickly grew to friends. Lazy dog is an amazing place, with an amazing opportunity at affordable prices for any crafter to try their hand at a business, without the business headaches. They are constantly growing, hosting events, and do everything they can to make shoppers happy, and vendors successful. Even if it’s just a sticker, I never leave empty handed. There is always unique gifts to be found, and the fact that they are pet friendly was a major plus for us. What a wonderful crafters market! Multiple vendors, decked out for the holidays, a sight to see! Reasonably priced craft items with a wide variety from hand made clothing to locally sourced honey! Lets talk about signs...from funny to heartfelt Christmas wishes I dare you to not find one you'd love to have! I picked up Christmas presents for my two puppies, deer antlers chew toys. If my babies were bigger I would have gotten the Water Buffalo horns for them! The customer service here was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
