Weis Markets — Local services in Hamburg

I go to the weis almost daily. Sadly Julie has never been a help. When you ask to speak to a manager she tells you "Sorry he doesn't deal with the front end." I'm sorry what is a managers job title. She just always Says sorry with the snarkiest attitude. Needless to say my last terrible experience thier with her, will have made it my last trip there. I'll travel farther for better customer service. Now Betty and the young supervisor I believe who no longer works there... is amazing! Don't no the manager's name who was on duty today but he also wasn't helpful at all.

went to buy a platter for the holidays and seem that the small ones were all expired went to look for the deli manager and was no were to be found, let the store and the manager was outside smoking when told him about the issue he was surprised about it, but if it's his job to check the items how r expired items being sold... when he went in he had an attitude about it not happy with the deli manager there... just wonder how many people before me bought the items...

Fine overall, but if you are a smoker, be prepared to be treated like a criminal and a child. I am 44 hard years old, haggard and gray, left my ID at the house and tried to let them rip me off with their over priced cigs. I was denied and spoken to like a learning disabled child. If you don't want to sell cigarettes, don't sell them, but Weis is already going down the tubes losing custom to Wal-Mart. No need to treat smoking...
