I want to give such a huge shout out and applaud 👏 this company. After experiencing the worst purchase ever all the way around and dealing for over a month trying to get this company in middletown to just honor their own warranty after 2 sets breaking down on me then tge owner stealing my washer or having it stolen with no resolution. I was so skeptical coming to georges and scared to trust someone again but the minute I walked into Georges appliances I could instantly tell they took pride in what they do the washer drums were being washed in front of my own eyes so I knew my product was going to be clean huge plus cause the other place said they did it but definitely did not. Got sick of installing a new sensor or other part annually in our new model Whirlpool washing machine, so when the lid latch broke, again, we went to George's and got a refurbished, older model washer. Great choice, and great place to buy!

We picked it out at 3PM today, and at 5:30 today, Harlan and Country carried our new old washer downstairs, hooking it up, and hauling off the machine that let me down. I am so much happier now, and the guys were fast, friendly, and careful. For a very reasonable delivery fee, Harlan did it all.

I feel like it has been 30 years or more since I've found such good service, and the prices can't be beat. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. Oh, and he will even sell you parts if you do your own repairs so you don't have to wait...

I was so impressed walking in to George’s! I was greeted immediately and they asked what I needed and what was going on with my current refrigerator. I explained I needed a new refrigerator because my current one ran but didn’t get cold. They were confident they could fix it for me with just a service call and a cheaper relay part. They were right! Harlan came out the next day and had my current fridge up and running within 10 minutes. They could have just sold me a new fridge but they did the right thing, unheard of anymore, and saved me a couple hundred dollars by fixing my current fridge.
