Went with my family for lunch. We got there at 2:45 and noticed lunch menu until 3:00. Server waited until 3:02 to come take our order. There was 1 other table in there and no Togo orders. When she takes our order she pulls her phone out and says it’s after 3:00 so lunch specials are over. We saw a sign for half price margaritas everyday from 3:00-6:00. So we order a pitcher of margaritas. We got the pitcher and it tasted so bad we sent it back. Very bland and taste like water. She takes and 10 minutes later comes back and says they forgot to put the lime mix in and that happens often. We said ok just bring us a small margarita and asked for here or Togo. We ordered it Togo because at this point we are done eating. Brings the check and charged us $10.95 for each one. I went up to the counter and said they are suppose to be half off. The girl said that’s Monday’s only. I said well your sign says everyday. Then she said that’s dine in only. I said the only reason we got them togo is because we ate our entire lunch without a drink because you forgot to put the correct ingredients in our original. So I took the margaritas to the counter and told them we didn’t want them and to take them off our bill.
The customer service was horrible and they did nothing to help. I will say the food was good and would have gone back but not after this visit. The young 12 year old boy that was working was good but why is he...
Read moreThis used to be one of my favorite places to go in Hamilton but it seems the prices have went up and the service has went down. We went over the weekend and my daughter and I were treated extremely bad. The girl taking our order was very rude and seemed miserable to be working there. I always get street tacos and this time I was sold a carne asada plate. I didn't catch it until I left. The real shocker was my daughter was charged 13 for a little cup of menudo and almost 6 dollars for a bottle of sangria. When she ask the girl why she charged her so much for a pop she snapped it's not pop it's sangria. No it's sangria flavored POP. You wouldn't be serving people wine in to go bottles. These pops are 10 for 10 at Kroger and 2 dollars at any taqueria or little mexican store. I would drive all the way to Lexington and go to Aguas Caliente before I stepped back in this place that's how dissatisfied I was with this trip. I found great tacos at the food truck on route 4 that will be my new spot for...
Read moreI stopped by here earlier this evening to pick up some dinner for myself and my family. I had a craving for some good mexican cuisine. I went in and placed a to go order and they were not busy at all. I ordered 10 steak tacos and 2 chicken flautas and the gentleman that took my order gave me 2 large cokes for free. He then told me I owed $35 for my order. I found it a bit high but paid for my order, took my 2 large drinks and went to wait in my car with my wife and daughter inlaw. Finally after 30 minutes waiting my order was done. Again, 30 minute wait for 10 tacos and 2 flautas. I very quickly realized why he gave me the 2 large cokes for free, the 30 minute wait!!! The food was pretty good though and def made up for the long way wait and high prices. Good authentic mexican cuisine. If you do not like authentic mexican I do not...
