The worst pharmacy ever! If I could have given them a zero I would have but they got one Star so I could leave a review. The wait time is horrible and then you have Miss Personality that meets you would you pickup your prescription . To back up a little I receive a text message when my prescription is ready. Two days ago I received the message I stopped today 11-7-19 to pickup my prescription. I was told my prescription was placed back that after 12 days they pull and restock. I preceded to show the message. I was told I would have to wait an hour. I just couldn’t believe it! I told the gal that I had a few things to pickup and anything she could do to speed the process I would be greatly appreciative.She again told me the wait was an hour. I picked up my groceries and received a message my prescription was ready. I proceeded to go to the pharmacy. I arrived at the pharmacy told the gal my name she looks it up only to tell me they are still working on it! At this point I’m done.... I explained to her the text message I received for her only to say they are working on it again. So I wait some more. In the mean time another customer comes in he received a message his prescription was ready. Needless to say his was not ready. Let’s just say I will not be using Meijer in the future. Horrible customer service, the pharmacist was just as bad. He talked about how busy they were but when I arrived not one person was waiting. Read moreThis pertains to this particular visit today 10/23/18. I do not make it a habit to frequent public restrooms unfortunately this evening I was left with no choice . So I chose to use the restroom in the rear of the store as I figured it got less traffic. I went into the handicap stall (bc I'm disabled) and the lock was broken so thinking as quickly as I could I reached out of the stall and grabbed the WET FLOOR sign to place against the door .When I lifted the sign about 5 EMPTY packages (appeared to be from electronics) fell out from underneath it. I went on to use the br only to find out that the cammode was apparently broken and would not flush. NO SIGNS UP SAYING DO NOT USE, NOTHING! Anyway I go out and ask my husband to find an employee so that I can let her know about the broken cammode and the empty packages I found . He did , she first says to me " I'll just throw these away."(as she's walking away from me to go into the br) I said, I will take them and give them to a manager , I'm sure they need to know. She stops and turns around walking back towards me and says " yeah, I need to write it down..I'm used to it,, people do it all the time.." I then mentioned the cammode..letting her know that I would not have used it had there been a sign or something, someone needs to be told about it She said they know,, they just don't care...I was just shocked at...
Read moreWhat a great experience I had today. Not sure why, but it has literally been YEARS since I shopped at Meijer, but after today Meijer will be my grocery go-to in Hamilton!! If I never set foot in the other huge conglomerate again that we have numerous locations of locally, I will be VERY happy!!! Compared to the first grocery store I tried to spend money at today, Meijer was very clean, well stocked, and everyone was VERY friendly. Granted, they also only had one or two "real" registers open, but the gentleman working the self check out area was by far the most friendly and helpful person. A huge bonus was every single item rang up exactly as the shelf price stated. I didn't have to, but I highly suspect that if I had discovered a discrepancy in prices and asked the man working the area, he would not have simply told me it must be correct if it rang that price!! Meijer, based on my experience today is far and away a much better company to work for then their national competition here in Hamilton! You sense the difference walking in the door!!! I am very pleased to have a new to me go-to grocery store, especially one I don't feel as a customer is trying to take advantage of me through store card, then digital coupon, then incorrect prices on shelf tags.....
