Honestly, I have to leave a review to warn others - I don't know if there's a problem with hygiene, or maybe with leaving food product out of the fridge overnight, or, more than likely, allowing vegetables to touch raw chicken wing meat in the walk in fridge then serving them on pizza, but I got bad food poisoning after eating a pizza from this location yesterday. the staff was nice, but the food poisoning was not. I had to stay home from work today because I was so sick. How do I know it was the pizza from this location that gave me food poisoning? because I fast for 12 hours a day and only eat a protein bar for breakfast prior to starting the daily fast, and then something 12 hours later for dinner - the pizza from this location was the item I ate for dinner. In short, it was the only food I ate after 12 hours of nothing, so I know it was the pizza that gave me food poisoning. maybe order from another location, or just make pizza at home. overnight pizza dough is really easy to make in your food processor and leave in the fridge. just buy bread flour and you're good. it turns out really well - that's what I'll be doing in the future. I never eat fast food, or cheap restaurant food, so I guess this is what I get for doing so - food poisoning immediately. Ima just go back to eating my safe, clean food at...
Read moreI am not sure who the manager is at this location, but his customer service is top tier! Considering the line of work he is in and the area surrounding this store, he delivers the most professional and reasonable service. I had ordered food to be delivered. Sometime, during the delivery process, my order was given to a DoorDash driver. This driver decided to take on multiple orders. She was friendly, however, incapable of handing more than one order at a time. She told us the last customer confirmed their food was correct. This couldn't be further from the truth. Nothing we received was close to our order. I wanted a refund. I called DoorDash and they claimed that it was Papa John's responsibility to issue a refund. Seems backwards, but I went with it. The rep from DoorDash called on my behalf to see if Papa John's was willing to issue the refund. This manager wanted to hear from us if we wanted a refund or in store credit. I chose a refund. What did he choose? Respect and civility. He not only said he will issue the refund, but he apologized for the inconvenience and asked if there was anything else he could help with. 6/5 Stars. Praise wholesome...
Read moreI would give no stars but this is not an option. I placed an order online at 6:47 pm. I was advised 31-41 minutes for my delivery order. I was fine with this. 7:40 rolls around and my order tracker still says “making.” I called the store and I waited 25 minutes on the phone and no one picked up. I called the Customer Service number and they said they could have someone call me back in 48 hours. My order tracker progressed at this point to “preparing,” and then “On it’s way.” I figured I might as well try calling the store again and miraculously someone picked up. The manager claims they refunded me so I will have to keep an eye out for my refund and my food didn’t come until 8:25. I heard the excuses: only 4 people working, 2 drivers, yada yada. If they had at least called me to let me know the proper time frame I wouldn’t have been so upset. My food should have been delivered to me an hour before it was. I will not take a chance like this again when I have hungry children waiting on dinner. Do not order from...
