I came into this store on 6/12/15 and ordered a 5 way and a 4 way and 4 coneys. My order was to go and when i got home i noticed that they did not put my cheese for my 4&5 ways into my bag. They were not busy so there was no reason for them to not give me my cheese. When i called to tell them about their mistake i was told that its window policy to bring the food back and have it remade. After telling them that i came in and ordered the manager, Jessica, continued to tell me about drive thru policy. They told me that they do not do store credits, that its , once again, window policy to bring my food back. What happened to the customer is always right? Now after working construction all day, and it pouring down rain when i went out for my dinner who wants to get back out to take the food back so they can fix their mistake. When i asked for their main branches phone number she told me she did not have it, which is a complete lie because why wouldn't they have the main branches number? I know they have a directory, all restaurants do. This manager, Jessica, would not give me her last name, nor wold she give me the phone number i asked for. She was rude as hell and she hung up the phone on me. I have the main branches phone number thanks to google and i plan on reporting her for being rude and failure to run her crew properly. The crew members were hugging another crew member goodbye and talking about a drive thru order that they had instead of focusing putting my order together properly. That is why they messed my order up. Had she of been a good manager she would not have allowed her crew to be goofing off, and who wants their food handled by someone who is hugging another person and did not proceed to wash their hands afterwards? Had her crew members been doing their jobs and paying attention to the task at hand this would have never of happened. This was my first time going to this store and this is the type of treatment i received. This was the worst store i have ever been to and it does not deserve the any stars at all. I do not recommend any body eating at this branch. Their service was horrible and their manager was extremely rude. How on earth do you forget to put one of the main parts of my food in the bag? I understand accidents happen, but when i request to have it corrected i was told to bring my food back like i was lying about my lack of cheese when they know they didn't put it in my bag. I will NOT be returning to this store ever again. I should not have to bring the food back and follow "window policy" when i came in and ordered my food. WORST...

My husband ordered 2 cheese coneys and a grorito and I ordered the chicken bacon Ranch platter I added cheese and onions nothing crazy right? Another employee came over and asked if I ordered the platter I said yes so no big deal. We get our food pretty quick. There was 4 employees working and another came on. I told me waitress that what I received wasn't what I ordered but no biggie I didn't know they put heavenly sauce on it no idea what it is. My fries were great I asked my waitress if she could please bring the lettuce, tomato and ranch I would fix my sandwich I didn't care to do that. Well she goes back and tells one of the other employee's what I had asked for and one of them said she (me) was being difficult I hear this and get up to clear things up the drive thru worker says here she comes and I said yes I was coming to clear things up I get eye rolls. I said I ordered the chicken bacon Ranch platter add cheese and onions. 2 offered to make me it or something new well that wasn't going to happen I wouldn't trust them at this point. Read moreMy server Lynnette was great. Very friendly and good service. Food was ok, but when I was eating I could hear the staff talking. Very inappropriate topics to be discussing at work in earshot of the dining area. I’ll spare the details but should not be talking in such a way at work where customers can hear it. That’s just my thoughts. Also, when I went to pay no one was there. The front of the house and kitchen was empty. I waited for 5 minutes to pay. I could have just left but I didn’t. I would suggest a bit of training here. They were all a nice bunch but need leadership at their work. Even a fast food chain. That is why McDonald’s is #1, they train their people not just expect them to be great without training and they don’t fire them so quickly. They invest in their people. That’s what Gold Star needs.
