Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Hamilton

I called Chipotle to inquire about a food item before I made the trip to another location. The person who took my call was very pleasant. Upon my arrival, I asked for a burrito bowl. The man asked if I wanted the bowl lined with something, I didn't know what he was talking about. He didn't see the need to explain. I got brown rice, black beans, corn, light cheese, no lettuce, no tomatoes and guacamole and sour cream in separate containers. The food was great, and fresh. I always request extra food like chicken, so I don't feel slighted or complain about the servings. They charge extra.

While still ordering, there was a friendly customer who came into the restaurant and knew more about the food and items sold, than the employees. I told the employees to put the customer on their payroll. The customer definitely had customer service skills and leadership skills. I had a great time.

I always get food here, but today the food was EXTREMELY good. They even made the rice delicious and I’m not the biggest fan of rice. The employees working here as well never disappoint and during late hours make jokes with each other and guests. The restaurant is always clean and I can always tell they do a deep clean with the bathrooms when I come in late. This location is the BEST chipotle location in my opinion. Placed order online and got the wrong food. They called and asked me to bring it back and then they would remake it. Talked to employee face to face and she wrote down the order. They remade it and still got it wrong. Called to complain about the remade order. Was on the phone for almost 10 mins rehashing the incident until they figured out what the problem was. It was only after the employee admitted to wrongdoing that they offered to give me a credit for the next time, with an apology.
