Skyline Chili — Restaurant in Hamilton

I was eating my food and I found something metallic in my plate of food on my cheese of the four way I was eating. I called the waitress over about half way through my entree and told her what I found. She looked at it and said "Oh, that's the stuff that comes from our cheese grinder, but I don't know what it is!...Would you like something else?" I of course replied no due to not wanting to eat ANYTHING else in the whole place since for one I found a foreign matter in my food, and two, you couldn't even tell me what it is!! Then, we went to pay for our bill, the MANAGER I told about this when she asked how everything was, she replied with the same exact answer!! FINALLY, after telling her to adjust my bill, (since it wasn't even an offered option) we left to never return! Hadn't eaten Skyline in a couple years and was so looking forward to it for dinner. Ordered a 4 way for myself. 2 chicken bacon ranch wraps for my significant other and my 15 year old daughter a chilito to split and 2 orders of the funnel fries. The WHOLE order was absolutely awful!! The chili and spaghetti was so dried out in the 4 way. The wraps were drowned in too much ranch and neither my SO or my daughter could eat them. The chilito had the same dried out chili. The funnel fries were kinda stale and the powdered sugar was in literal rocks on top of the fries and no one would eat them except for myself cause it was the only thing in the whole order that was somewhat edible to me. If I was insecure about myself I would probably never go to skyline chili ever again. Just went through the drive through window and the girl that was taking my order (must have been in high school or just graduated by the voice) just started laughing at it? Who does that? Imagine if you laughed at someone with an eating disorder or someone who was insecure about themselves. I got a normal meal but I added extra cheese.
