Normally I do not write reviews but in this case, this store deserves one. Firstly, this store is very clean and well kept. As soon as you walk in, it is very inviting and you just wanna look around at everything. The customer service is always spot on. Never once have I had any bad experiences or issues. Prices are fair, employees are excellent and I will forever be a customer.
I wanted to also take a moment to say how wonderful Jason has treated me every time I go to Ez Mechanicsburg. He is an essential asset to that store. He’s very knowledgeable, business savvy and knows his stuff. Thank you Jason. Rob is also great and is very knowledgeable. Vicky is very sweet and kind and will help with anything you need. We were planning to walk home until she stated that she was tired and wanted a Lyft. I called the Lyft and I decided to look around to bypass time until my ride arrived. The woman would not leave me alone to shop after repeating several times that I didn’t need her help. She asked me every 30 seconds, while looking me up and down. Profiling. She then stated that I would need to leave my other shopping bag at the front. There isn’t a sign that states that I could not have my bag and nor have I ever experienced someone monitoring me in the store. We got a Elfbar vape one day ago, and we told the Indian employee that the charging place seemed odd and hopefully he can change for us. He came out with a bunch of reason saying it’s nothing wrong with it. Guess what, it turned out unchargable the next day. So we went back to ask for a change very nicely.
