I purchased a vape here today and when I purchased the vape the battery was loose inside and was barely hitting. As I was shaking listening to the battery I dropped it. The gentleman did replace the battery but was not happy and had slight attitude. I then got a replacement. Mind you I purchased what says is a 1600 puff vape. Lasted maybe 50 puffs after I left and got home. Now blinks every time I try to use it and is dead. I do no recommend this place for vapes. P.S IT IS A DISPOSABLE VAPE. They are not chargeable. That's a rip off.

Ez smokes had a very nice collections of cigars in their store. They also had accessories such as humidifiers at a good price. I came in searching for cigars as a gift and was impressed with the section. The store is very tidy and not crowded what so ever. I was one of three customers at that was in the afternoon.

Buyers beware, they are selling fake elf bars and overpricing them. You can see the difference in the picture from the blue elf bar (fake) and the pink one (real). Can clearly tell the difference from the BC5000 and the font placement is off.

Normally I do not write reviews but in this case, this store deserves one. Firstly, this store is very clean and well kept. As soon as you walk in, it is very inviting and you just wanna look around at everything. The customer service is always spot on. Never once have I had any bad experiences or issues. Prices are fair, employees are excellent and I will forever be a customer.

I wanted to also take a moment to say how wonderful Jason has treated me every time I go to Ez Mechanicsburg. He is an essential asset to that store. He’s very knowledgeable, business savvy and knows his stuff. Thank you Jason. Rob is also great and is very knowledgeable. Vicky is very sweet and kind and will help with anything you need. Keith also is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. Last but certainly not least, the owner, she is wonderful and knows how to run a business. When I walked into this location I was immediately profiled by an Indian woman. I walked in with a shopping bag from another store and my daughter. We were planning to walk home until she stated that she was tired and wanted a Lyft. I called the Lyft and I decided to look around to bypass time until my ride arrived. The woman would not leave me alone to shop after repeating several times that I didn’t need her help. She asked me every 30 seconds, while looking me up and down. Profiling. She then stated that I would need to leave my other shopping bag at the front. There isn’t a sign that states that I could not have my bag and nor have I ever experienced someone monitoring me in the store. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!

-UNREASONABLE -UNETHICAL

We got a Elfbar vape one day ago, and we told the Indian employee that the charging place seemed odd and hopefully he can change for us. He came out with a bunch of reason saying it’s nothing wrong with it. Guess what, it turned out unchargable the next day. So we went back to ask for a change very nicely. However, he responded very rude and didn’t allow us to change. The owner of this shop should take action against this employees. I will continue to spread the bad news to this shop...
