Awful place. Yesterday bought sd card in this store. Guy who sold it told me price 4.70 dollars. I just paid by card and even didnāt look at screen(my bad). After that i came to home, opened the box and plug in my dash cam, works great. But that day I checked my bank account and saw that I paid 47.70 dollars. I went to that store but itās was closed. Today i came to this store again and explained them situation, but they didnāt back money, because i opened the box. RETURN POLICY! So, I called their customer service and they canāt help me, because as i said before I opened box. They can make exception but they donāt want. They told me call to your bank and they will back you money. I tried but they donāt. I will never recommend my family and friends Metro by T-Mobile. I am disappointed in this company. We watched DJ, the owner, open my grandfatherās phone up and crack it, claiming that it was already cracked. He argued us down and told us there was nothing he could do about it. We got into a yelling match inside of the store and in front of other customers because he would not listen to our concerns without cutting us off. Accountability would have honestly made us feel better than being told we were wrong for what we could see with our own eyes. Very irritating, embarrassing, and unprofessional behavior.
