‼️⛔️ Be Alert ⛔️‼️ Two weeks ago, I went there on behalf of my cousin for his passport renewal. After that, they charged me $250, and then they told me I had to go to Washington for fingerprints. When I went to the Washington office, they told me your agency (Xebec) didn’t give the (VAT+), they only provided a $125 money order. After that, I called the Xebec office, i didn’t got any positive response. They didn’t provide the Vat $12.50. After that, I had to buy another money order for the VAT, $12.50. And they didn’t give me the return label for passport return; they just provided the envelope of DHL, but that was useless. After that, I brought UPS returned envelope for $45. Again, I contacted them (Xebec), and they told me they’re going to talk with their owner. They didn’t call me back. After 2/3 days, I called them again, and they told me there is no policy for that; they told me the Washington passport office did fraud with me. They started convincing me with their illogical reasoning. I called again at the Washington office, and they told me the same thing - that my agency is responsible for that. They charged me $250, and they just spent $125. They don’t want to provide their boss’s number, and he doesn’t want to meet me. They harassed me. It was my first scam experience in the USA. Again, I highly recommend everyone be careful and alert about this type of agency like...

Avoid this place in any cost. This is one of the worst travel agency in the entire Hamtramck. Recently, I went there to submit an application for Bangladesh’s visa; which is apparently you can’t apply over the internet. They don’t have working website, and they also don’t have any embassy or consulate in Michigan region. Only way you can apply for visa is to go into one of these places. So, the owner of this place was one of the worst human being I have ever come across. He literally refused to take my application because I asked him few questions about the procedure. He then tell me to leave the store. I would have left the store find another place to go, but only reason I didn’t leave and literally beg him to take my application is that I waited there for 30 mins and I don’t want to wait another 30mins to find another place. He is so rude that I can’t even explain. I would have give 0 star to this place if there is an option.

Edited: The owner’s denial of the incident proved how dishonest and disgusting he is. Instead of apologizing for his bad behavior, he blamed me by saying I’m his competitor. I’m not a business man. They charge too much...Sorry they just robbed people. They told me my monthly bill will be $45 and speed will 300mbps. I have xfinity connection and everything at my place but they forced me take professional activation (which is not required,I can do it bt myself), they charge me $259.70 for $45/month 300mbps(which is 200mbps line in real) connection, Modem,installation and their charge. BUT This offers comes with free device and free installationand its a prepaid but I asked for postpaid. When I asked them my money receipt they provide me only $45 payment slip not $259.70(sent me via text with custom amount) what I paid. Please be careful about their activities. I paid my payment via my debit card, asked my drivers license and card, after passing I saw they make copies of my driver licence and debit card!!!! Then I shout and said why you make copies of my card? They said is for their safety and bla bla. Then I cut the card numbers by pen. They can scammed your bank account and credit/debit card.
