Little Ceasar's Hamtramck is Defrauding Customers A couple months ago I order a Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni Pizza ($13.99) from the Hamtramck Little Ceasar's (LC's) Online. Arriving home, I found that I was given what appeared to be an Extra Most Bestest Pepperoni Pizza ($7.79) instead. A $6.20 difference! I returned to the store to request a refund, because I did not receive what I ordered. I was immediately told since I placed my order Online, that I could not get a refund in the store. The Manager came to the window and insisted that I indeed received the Fanceroni. I explained it looked like the Extra Most Bestest, and then produced the photo from the Online ordering LC's website. Again, the Manager insisted I had been given the correct pizza. The Manager finally relented and agreed the pizza ordered was not the same as the one I received, and offered to make a new pizza for me, and since I couldn't get the refund in the store, I really had no choice. He had the Fanceroni made again, and this time, it was correct. He also insisted that I take the original mistake pizza with my order. On July 24, 2024, I ordered two Fanceroni Pizzas, one for me, and one for my neighbor. My neighbor was picking them up, and I asked them to be sure it was the correct pizza, but they forgot to check it, before driving away. When given my pizza, I found the same switch from several months ago, by getting an Extra Most Bestest, instead of the Fanceroni. This time, the two pizzas now had an overcharge of $12.40. We went back to the store. The Assistant Manager, Faiza, argued that I was given Fanceroni Pizzas. I showed her the Online photo, and again she said they make the pizza according to a directive, and she said she never heard of a 100 pepperoni pizza. I pointed out the Menu stuck to the wall, as well as the description of the pizza that was adhered to the glass right next to the cash registers/customer window for pick up. She mentioned that the pizza is made how she was told, and that was it. Faiza told me that I could get a refund Online, but had already taken the pizzas and I had no proof of purchase, or receipt of return. She indicated I could return tomorrow to speak with the manager. After some back and forth, with both of us staying firm, she offered to add pepperoni to the two pizzas. I told her that wouldn't be acceptable, because they are two entirely different pizzas, and that was not a solution. Finally, Faiza had the pizzas remade. While they did not meet the requirements of the Fanceroni, they were nearer to the actual pizza, and discussing it further would not get anywhere. Not giving the customer what they ordered and paid for is out right fraud. Happening once could be a "mistake," but happening repeatedly is a deliberate fraud perpetrated on customers. Corporate was sent a report on these transactions, and was acknowledge, with the Customer Rep offering that the Franchise Manager and District Manager would receive the reports and that why would contact me at the phone number given. No contact received and it's been a few days shy of a month.
Suggestion - Don't buy from the Hamtramck Little Ceasar's without checking that your order is exactly what you paid for, and you are satisfied. You should not have to spar with them to get what you paid for. If they don't want to match the Franchise description for a particular pizza, they should not offer it in the first place. Stealing from customers is not an error, it's deliberate fraud. If you order the Old World Fanceroni, be prepare to be robbed at the...

I have lived in hamtramck for 13 years and have never had an issue with this place. I guess it is under new ownership. I placed an order for a "3 meat combo." The order I have always made. The girl on the phone couldn't understand my order. She went so far as to tell me the order could not be made. I spent about 10 minutes on the phone going back and forth with this person to finally settle on a pizza with 3 helpings of ground beef since I am Muslim and don't eat pork.
When I get to the store I am told that my order is not even in their system. I leave frustrated. I called back up there and spoke to the exact same girl. Now, my order is in the system and ready to be picked up. She couldn't find my order because who ever put it in their system put in the wrong name. However for as much time as I spent explaining my order and since they acted as though it was such an unusual order then my saying that "I was there to pick up one pizza with 3 helpings of ground beef on it should have rung someone's bell."(but I digress)
So, my son turns around and we go back to the store. The girl gives me a whole story about why there was the mix-up the first time. I ask for my pizza. When she brings it back to me; I ask to see it before I pay for it. Just as I knew it would be-there was only one helping of ground beef on the thing and when I called her out on it she just stood there staring at me like a deer caught in headlights.
Had I paid for it and got home and saw that mess they would have sworn that I was lying and the pizza was made correctly.
Little Ceasars lost a long time...
Read moreTonight, 9/3/2015 from 7:44p-8:40p was the worst service I received from this location in a very long time---as in a few months. The times when I was forgotten, like this time, I let it slide before because the wait was not horrendous like this time around (45 mins). The cashier told me it would have been eight more minutes, and someone would bring me my order. It was not until I came back up and after two cashiers (manager included) left me at the window before I received my order. I was truly forgotten. Once I did receive my order, the pizza was near cold. How do you take a customer's money and then forget they paid you and they're waiting on their order. Please go back how you were a year or two ago with better...
