I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a Ghibli at Maserati of Morris County. Prior to the Maserati, I’ve leased a BMW 550i and an Audi A7. The professionalism, passion and customer service at Maserati of Morris county rival and in some instances surpass that of BMW and Audi. Joana, my sales person was just amazing. I gave her my parameters around mileage, down payment and terms and she provided many options. She was patient during the test drive and my many questions. We were able to negotiate a fair price. Lara my finance person was equally amazing. Sure she will try to sell you on the tire package and service package as part of her job but she did it with professionalism and it a way that was not off putting. To be completely fair, I must warm you that because this is a small dealership (almost feels like a boutique firm), you will have to wait (I waited the day of my test drive and negotiation and waited even longer when I picked up the car). The staff goes out of his way to be accommodating however. Having the right attitude helps. Besides, if you’re fortunate enough to be picking up a luxury car, waiting a bit for it is not the worst thing in the world. The Ghibli itself is the most fun I had driving a car. Maserati has made many updates since the launch of the car in 2014 which deservingly at the time received mixed reviews. The 2018 is a much better car. Visited 3 local dealers in NJ within a 45 mile radius and the rest were a joke. There is a substantial difference in the way that this place does business. CUSTOMER CUSTOMER CUSTOMER. They want to make you happy and thats all they care about. Everyone is nice, and happy.... everyone is well dressed and polite. Within 5 seconds of walking in an attractive young lady was getting me an espresso, while my salesperson was walking toward me to help.
Zero pressure, great atmosphere, gorgeous new building.....Plus they gave me a fair deal. I would have actually paid more then what I was offered just because of the professionalism and level of service I received.
If you are in the market for a dream car like I was, and you don't go to this dealership you are missing out, truthfully and honestly. Best experience ever. This company owns several dealers in the area, and if they are anything like this Maserati store you're in for a delight of process that is usually something people fear and dread.
I cannot recommend any more. If there was 10 stars they would get 10 stars.

   Read moreI have had my vehicle for a little over a month now. It was delivered to me by the receptionist which I thought was very tacky. The delivery person Jamie was behind her driving a Lexus SUV. It was pouring raining I would have came to the dealership another day but he insisted on that day. According to the Maserati website the vehicle would get delivered in a trailer not by a receptionist. Jamie had all my documents in his hand had the nerve to ask was I a rapper. I was already upset of how my vehicle was delivered and the odometer statement on paperwork didn't match what was on car. He said oh no. But has yet to mail me a correct one. I ordered remote start with all black interior did not get. The service manager Alex is rude. My vehicle has a hard Start when sitting for a while that it started doing 3 weeks ago. I called her on that she told me to record the sound and email her. Terrible. Lara the finance manger does not return phone calls after she says I will call right back.
