I’m a frequent customer and always come in for Doña Esther’s delicious birria, which I truly enjoy. However, I’ve recently had consistently unpleasant experiences with the woman at the register, she has black hair and speaks with what sounds like a Colombian accent. Unfortunately, she comes across as extremely rude and unwelcoming. It’s disappointing to be treated this way, especially as a loyal customer. Customer service is great! The owners always make you feel welcomed. They make awesome authentic Puerto Rican pasteles that taste great! They sell Puerto Rican bread that’s baked there daily. The meat is very fresh as well. I like that they incorporate Puerto Rican and Mexican products. Oh yeah, the bakery shop always has fresh goods, not to mention the carnitas and authentic Mexican cooked food that they sell. Sometimes you don’t have time to cook dinner.
