I came in a explicitly stated I needed a corsage for prom. I mentioned corsage at least 10 times during our chat. Came in today to pick it up (today is prom) And they tried to give me a bouquet. And then gave me attitude about it. Will NEVER come back here.

Yes, I did come in the day before. And my exact words to you were "prom is tomorrow, my son is a slacker, PLEASE tell me it's not to late to get a corsage." So that is what I came in for. That is what I ordered. You're literally giving attitude now for YOUR mistake. Why the hell would I want a boquet for prom over a corsage? Its not a wedding, its a prom. Girls don't walk around prom with a boquet in their hands. And I find it very hard to believe that bouquet is the same price as the corsage I recieved. Theres literally 4 tiny flowers on the corsage. And it doesn't matter if I came in 3 hours before prom I asked if you could do something, and you said yes you could. So you trying to throw that "24 hours before prom" BS in my face is just making you look bad, not me. Be a professional and actually own up to YOUR mishap. No wonder your parking lot is always empty. I figured I would give you guys a shot, vs the other multiple flower shops in town. And that was a HUGE mistake. I wouldn't have left this review of you would have treated us with respect (your literally admitting you gave an attitude, blaming it on confusion.) And I'm going to make sure everyone I know avoid you at all costs. Not a very good look for a new business in town. Especially when there are far superior flower shops literally minutes away. Unfortunately we're had to learn the hard way, but I promise you, I'll make sure everyone I know won't. I'm putting this on all my socials with my thousands of followers. Sweet Pea Designs did my daughter’s wedding and Nicole brought our unique wildflower vision, which was a different creation on each table, to life.
