Burger King — Restaurant in Hanover Township

Feb 11, 2023 - they did it again and this time the drink had no flavor. Straight carbon water. I went back to address the issues and the mgr had a new story for ripping me off, blaming it on new employees. That's when I got loud, not abusive or profane, just loud. They threatened to call the police so I contacted the IN Atty Gen. Let's get the law involved. If this place steals from you, report it to the Indiana attorney general otherwise they won't stop.

Dec 14, 2022 - Very slow and careless service. This time they charged me for a large coke and gave me a medium so, now they're stealing from customers. Nothing else has changed. It's just gotten worse.

Sept 19, 2020 - ordered 3 Whoppers OTB, No Tom. Waited in line for a half hour before I got my food. AGAIN I got cold burgers WITH tomatoes and again, one of the sandwiches had 2 bottom buns. Can't take the survey because the receipt printer didn't print the code right. Called the restaurant and manager claims to be new and doesn't know how to get ahold of the owner, which I find hard to believe. It's a franchise. So I'm done with the manager and the owner. I'm calling the big boys at corporate.

Deleted my negative review but garbage again. Didn't take long. EDIT.... big changes it seems to be operating like a fully functional Burger King franchise.

Out of 10 times I've visited 7 orders had problems or poor tasting food. The 3 good visits had me update my review. From rubbery chicken fries to strangely chewy pickles on whoppers, cold food. All burger kings should be pretty close to the same, not this one. It's a stand out for sure. Look at the reviews.

Update again...i go there rarely and i.can't be the only one with problems here. Will not return , can't even get breakfast order correct. Apparent they were out of biscuits, I guess someone forgot to order them in. On an older negitive review they were out of chicken fries. Hard to imagine the poir planning for this to happen. Or just maybe the hurricane effected the biscuit supply. They gave me ham when ordered 2 sausage croissants. Also ordered breakfast platter obviously no biscuit available , so recieved a soggy croissant and someone was hungry or the egg supply is also limited. Quality control is lacking so bad, not worth gambling with my money. Will avoid for the future, wasting no ey is not My...

I visited this location for the first time in Cedar Lake on 3/29 @ 2:55 p.m. The staff was very, very friendly and attentive. I had to wait a couple minutes for the "Fiery Big Fish". I was ok with this as it was being made fresh. The sandwhich is decent, not bad at all. The name is incorrect, however. The fish has a nice spice to it. This is simply due to the sauce they put on. This is the Only difference between the "Big Fish and "Fiery Big Fish. It was good. I will not get again as I am a chef and was simply curious how different fast food chains stacked up with fish sammies. The fish is NOT big. It is average or small at best... you know what Im talking about ladies! The ol bait and switch. Dude says hes packing and then he flops out a 4 inch worm. Weak. I am not stupid enough to post on other " yout* platforms as I believe all this social media garbage, even this post, is a complete was of life energy. Staff- 5 stars. Great experience.
